I came in with a reservation looking to pick up my rental suit for my wedding 4 days from today, but there was a problem with the reservation. Shoutout to Robert and Anahí for quickly addressing the issue and working with MW customer service to get me and my best man measured and fitted in the same day AND making sure our suits arrive in time for the big day. They really went above and beyond to remedy my situation and I can’t thank them enough!

The staff was knowledgeable and kept everything within budget without any back-and-forth over pricing. They gave thoughtful advice when I asked, without being pushy.
