First timer. The food smelled great but I didn’t eat. Drinks were affordable and the staff were friendly. I had a great time. I will definitely go back to try the food.

This is one of….if not my favorite bar EVER! The food is AMAZING, the drinks are AMAZING and the staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! Of all the bars I’ve been to across the US, you will immediately feel part of the family! THANKS to Dave and staff for making our week here!
I had been searching for the best club sub in Saginaw. I own my own food business so I’m kinda picky lol. After looking at the pictures, I decided this is the one I wanted to try! I looked at the menu on Google and Google listed their menu items incorrectly so when I got home, I had the wrong sub.😔 I called them and told them what happened, they were so nice about it, they apologized, even though it wasn’t their fault and made me a fresh club sub. HANDS DOWN! This is the best club sub I’ve had in a while! The meat and vegetables are sliced perfectly thin like I like it. It’s so good! I will be going back! Thank you guys for such great service and yummy food! See you again soon! 🤘
Merls Tavern is a great place to be! The hot dogs, Who Dat sandwich, and the spin-dip is amazing! Here is Merl (the owner) with a crazy regular who has a hot dog painted nail in honor of Merl’s Tavern. Come on in!
Stopped for lunch and a beer. Super staff, friendly and fast. Great food. Loved the tavern vibe. ❤️ Will return. 👍
Not a good place for take out orders parking is jam packed cars every where along side all roads letting you know its even worse inside glad there doing good but fix something shouldnt esencially have to stop in the middle of the rd to wait cause noone really knows whats going on
