Reviews often highlight the company's transparency in pricing and the quality of materials used. Garrett and his team did great work installing new skylights in our main living space. The project required additional work due to the complexity in our homes electrical system—Garrett worked with us to find a fair price and come to a solution. The whole team made an effort to make sure our space was cleaned up afterwards—Garrett even washed my dishes I didn’t have time to put away and has gotten drywall dust on them! The high quality of the work speaks for itself. Would highly recommend working with Merritt roofing!

We have used Merritt Roofing at my house and my parent’s house. Roof repair, an emergency because of a fallen tree, replacing gutters, and now a new roof. They have treated us and our property with care. Highly recommend!

★☆☆☆☆
Very disappointing experience with Merritt Roofing.
After the inspection, I followed up three times over five business days. Every time, I was told, “We’ll give you a call.” That call never came.
At this point, I don’t even understand why a phone call was necessary. If the estimate was ready, it could have been emailed. If it wasn’t ready, a simple message letting me know the status would have been enough. Instead, I was left chasing updates and getting the same promise over and over.
I understand that schedules get busy, but keeping customers informed is basic customer service. If someone from Merritt Roofing reads this, a simple apology for wasting my time would be far more appropriate than making excuses.

We had a great experience with Merritt Roofing. Mr. Merritt and his crew showed up on time, were professional, and easy to work with. What I appreciated most was that he was honest and never tried to make things sound worse than they were just to sell us a roof. No pressure at all. He was also patient while I picked a shingle color and showed me pictures of previous jobs to help me decide. The roof looks great, and I’d definitely recommend Merritt Roofing!

To use the phrase “above and beyond” isn’t enough. From phone call to completed work, Merritt Roofing was engaging, understanding of my needs, professional in demeanor and appearance, thoroughly explained the results of their inspection and their work ethic was next to none. I cannot recommend Merritt Roofing enough. If you get the pleasure of having Garrett assigned to your job, feel fortunate. He’s exceptional.
