We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with Brittany, Renea! It's wonderful to know she made such a great impression. Thanks for choosing Merry Maids of Augusta!
First clean didn’t go well at all but after showing major concern they got scheduling right and sent out 4 cleaners to correct what the first two cleaners did not do which was pretty much everything that entails a deep cleaning. The second set of ladies have seemed kind and hardworking. I appreciate the effort to correct my original experience. My only suggestion is to make sure the supervisor really check thoroughly through homes after they are deemed finished so that it can be fixed without inconveniences. Second clean was great.

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your deep cleaning service. It is very important to us that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide, and we take concerns like yours seriously. When you contacted us regarding the pet hair and dust you felt remained after the cleaning, we immediately offered to return within 24-48 business hours to address and correct any areas of concern. You let us know you were leaving town, so we offered to come back and take care of everything when you returned, a week later which is far out of our return window. Our preferred approach is always to return and make things right before offering any possible discounts or possible resolutions, because we want the opportunity to personally address any concerns and ensure the home meets our standards as well. We regret that your review gives the impression that we were unwilling or unresponsive to your concerns, as that was certainly not the case. We remain happy to return and complete a re-clean of the areas that you feel need additional attention when you return from your trip. Our goal is always to make things right and leave our clients feeling completely satisfied with their service.

We're thrilled to hear you had such a positive experience with our team, M. Dee Medley! Your kind words about our friendly and hardworking cleaners mean a lot to us. Thanks for choosing Merry Maids of Augusta!
had a fantastic experience with Merry Maids for our move-out cleaning. Our home is a large 4,600-square-foot house, so we expected the job to take some time—and the crew did not disappoint. Angel, Brittany, Tabitha, and Hanna were all extremely pleasant, professional, and very easy to work around while they were cleaning.
They spent about a day and a half completing the job, which was exactly what we anticipated for a house this size. The results were absolutely amazing. The house has never looked cleaner and is now completely ready to be put on the market for sale.
I also want to mention Debra in the office, who was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful and flexible in arranging a time that worked best for our schedule.
Five stars for each of these hardworking ladies! I highly recommend Merry Maids to anyone looking for a thorough, professional cleaning service.
Update 1 April 2026 Standard service is not the same as a move-in service dollar amount.
After my initial move in cleaning and move out cleaning from Merry Maids to two different style houses. I have chosen them to utilize every two weeks as my standard home cleaning service. Great service, reliable, and it’s nice to have the same person every time who knows you’re home, and is always willing it seems like to go the extra mile. I appreciate that. A Huge, thank you to Shannon R for today’s service!

Thank you, Les, for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that our team provided you with a professional and satisfying experience. Thanks for choosing Merry Maids of Augusta!
This was our first time using Merry Maids. We have used independent cleaning people in the past. I appreciated the detail in which Merry Maids created the work order for our home based on a personal discussion of my cleaning wants & needs. After reading an excellent article on the locally owned Merry Maids, an in-depth conversation with Debra, the office manager & a thorough cleaning with Shannon … we will not hesitate to recommend Merry Maids to friends & family 😀
