Customers frequently praise the company for thorough cleaning, punctuality, and consistent communication via text and email. Reviews often highlight the professional demeanor of the staff and their attention to details in various rooms. However, some lower-rated feedback indicates dissatisfaction with the depth of service, noting that specific areas like baseboards or appliances were missed, or that the work did not meet expectations for the price paid.

Thank you, Kimberly! We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the results of our team's hard work. Your enthusiasm means a lot to us. Thanks for choosing Merry Maids of Ft. Worth!
Tanya is great! Very hardworking always friendly and a bonus - she always takes time to love herself m my fur baby. Also wanted to brag on Kimberly who cleaned our house for the first time today, 10/22/26. She did an amazing job! She was all by herself but took the time and attention necessary to thoroughly clean my house. Extremely nice, considerate and warm.
