CMS delivered a purchase from a Costco vendor, which is why I don't know the cost. Per the tracking emails, CMS had the product in their Sumner, WA warehouse for over 3 weeks before contacting me for delivery. I had already contacted the vendor on 7/24 to complain about the delay.

We chose this company to move all our stuff across country and our car and thought we were in good hands. They estimated us an amount which we thought covered everything including the car and turns out we need to pay $2000 more than what was estimated. On top of that one of our tvs broke in transit to our new home…

Actual delivery on 7/30 was smooth, once contact was finally made on 7/29.
The young delivery person was quick, polite and professional.
I will add that CMS is putting themselves at risk for worker injury & OSHA violations by sending single workers to move packages clearly marked to be lifted by two persons. Yes, he used a dolly, but had to lift and carry them up several stairs, risking injury. When I pointed this out your employee said he was fine. He did not complain.

Would not recommend this company for big moves like ours as there was not clear communication and they did not accountability for mishandling our tv in transit.
