Absolutely recommend! I found myself in a really stressful situation today when my tire suddenly went completely flat on the highway, forcing me to pull over at the closest gas station. I tried putting air in the tire, but it wouldn’t hold, and I was panicking because I had my newborn in the car with me and had never experienced anything like this before.<br><br>The staff immediately noticed how upset and worried I was and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. They went above and beyond to find a replacement tire, actually picked it up for me since my car couldn’t make it to the tire shop, and even installed it for only $70 (replacement tire included)!<br><br>I genuinely cannot thank them enough for the kindness, patience, and effort they showed me today. Everyone there deserves a raise! If you’re ever in need of help, please stop by. 10/10 service, amazing people, and a truly great experience during a stressful situation! ❤️
I came in Saturday morning with low tire pressure. Not ten minutes later I was helped, the attendant, Scott, helped, evaluated the tire, recommended a quick fix and I am on my way. I WILL be back! Thank you!!

Overall good. My 1st time there, got an oil change/tire rotation and balance. The guys are every bit as nice/helpful as the reviews suggest! The price was also surprisingly good, especially for the area.<br><br>A couple issues: I got my “your work is completed” text but still waited about 30min when I got back to the shop. A few minutes after leaving the shop my tire sensor came on and had a slow leak, which has never happened.<br><br>I let them know and they patched it up for me for free. Again, they were very nice. I would go back, as they seem to genuinely care about what they put out.

I've brought both my car and my mom's car to Metro Motors, and they've taken great care of us every time. You can tell these guys take real pride in their craft. They do the job right, explain what's going on, and don't cut corners. Just as important, they're genuinely good people. They treat you with respect and honesty, which is exactly what you want when you're trusting someone with your family's cars. Very thorough with what needed to be done with my car. Only told me what needed to be done that could affect my car or lead to an accident. Reasonable pricing and kind staff. Would recommend to anyone in the DMV area.

I had a great experience at Metro Motor. I heard a concerning noise coming from my car, brought it into the shop, and Woody was professional, helpful, and kind. He didnt charge me for diagnostic work, told me that it was safe to drive my car for now without getting a repair immediately, and didn't pressure me into paying for something that wasn't strictly necessary. Good mechanics can be hard to come by, so I really appreciate his honesty. I'd be happy to come back to this shop.
