I have now used Metro Motor -Georgetown for the second time. The experience was again exceptional. I called at 8:15am for service. By 9:45 am my oil change was complete; my service records updated. I was blown away by the professionalism that the team which served me displayed. I historically taken my work to a BMW dealer. Every time they upsold me on work I “needed”. Metro did the service I asked! I’ll be back. They’ve earned my trust….again

The manager and staff were extremely helpful and informative. I knew my replacement tire would be difficult to get but they were able to turn everything around quickly and they kept me informed every step of the way. It was an excellent experience!

I have found Metro Motor to be a real lifesaver consistently even at last minute. Besides being a good price which is hard to find these days and very fast, they solved a mystery none of us could. Unlike the manual, the high beams aren't really next to the wipers. Good job.
