Zach Strickland came by to help us with our plumbing issues and he was so pleasant and kind. He was very easy to talk to and was detailed yet clearly spoken about what options we had for repair. I would definitely recommend Metro to anyone with plumbing (ours was stopped toilet and batub draining) problems.

Finding a hidden water leak is no easy task, but Shawn O. with Metro went above and beyond. He spent hours troubleshooting, carefully diagnosing where the leak was coming from without tearing up the whole house, and didn't stop until it was completely resolved. He had tremendous patience, excellent communication, and a tireless work ethic. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!

Today Michael Fox and his 2 man crew came to clean my A/C ductwork for the upcoming Winter season. They were able to clean my Ductwork and do the job efficiently They were quick, efficient and very friendly ..Great job!…Im good now and dust free for a few more years.

I had my annual HVAC inspection today for the split system & the 2 mini splits upstairs. Both were installed by Metro in the past 2 years. They work efficiently and being a Home Care member makes it easier to check before something happens. I also have a wall HVAC unit in my sunroom that is 14 years old not installed by Metro. I found out today it is holding water and smells musty & dirty so I am getting a quote to replace it. Metro has always taken good care of me as a customer and I couldn’t say enough good things about Chandler & Jarrious today. Very personable, efficient, knowledgeable and service minded. I had no issues with my 2 systems after they did a thorough checkup. I am thankful for Metro & all the many wonderful service techs, installers and office staff. Great job!!

Jordan showed up on time and spent a lot of time discussing what needed to be done with the units and what my goal is for the house for having a dependable unit. He went over the options of what was available, looked over both the upstairs and downstairs units. We discussed financing options and came to an agreement on the unit I am putting into my house. I would rate Jordan 10 stars if I could, but I will settle with 5. Highly recommend.
