I had a very positive experience with Kevin Delp and Metroplex Mold Testing, and I’m very glad I engaged them to help me understand the condition of a property I was considering purchasing. Kevin was extremely thorough in identifying areas of concern and took the time to explain his findings in a way that was clear and easy for a layperson to understand. I especially appreciated his practical approach and willingness to answer my questions throughout the process. Kevin was also very flexible in adjusting his schedule to accommodate the deadlines associated with the property purchase, which was extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about Kevin & Metroplex Mold Testing. I had a pretty widespread issue in my house and Kevin was the absolute best professional to handle it. I highly, HIGHLY recommend his services. He was extremely responsive and informative. I had never dealt with mold before so I had numerous questions. All my questions were answered in detail. It definitely put me more at ease and helped me feel more secure during the inspection, testing and assessment process. He is very accommodating with scheduling and came down to Waxahachie within 24 hours of me reaching out. Throughout the remediation process he was very communicative and ensure that every little speck of mold was removed from my property. I mean, I was amazed to say the least. He's incredibly thorough and takes client satisfaction and safety of the home VERY seriously. I never felt like he was trying to nickle & dime me or charge more for his services than he should. If you are looking for a mold specialist, LOOK NO FURTHER! You will not be disappointed, I promise. I had called a few other companies for quotes and information and Mold Metroplex stood out as the best. I am so glad I hired him.
