Metroplex Pool

We are extremely happy with how our pool turned out! Metroplex Pools helped bring our vision to life, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. From the pool itself to the surrounding decking, everything came together to create a backyard space that we truly love. Adding a pool was a big investment for our family, and seeing the final result has been exciting. The pool complements our home beautifully and has completely transformed the look and feel of our backyard. We're looking forward to spending countless days relaxing, entertaining, and making memories with family and friends. We appreciate everyone who contributed to bringing our vision to life and are very pleased with the finished product!

Unfortunately, we’ve had quite a few problems with our pool. The tiles are falling off, the skimmer was installed too low so the step into the pool cannot be underwater as it was designed to be and there are large gaps between the concrete and the pool which seems to be poorly installed. The people were lovely but unfortunately, the quality of work is lacking.

Steve is such a ray of sunshine, great personality, friendly and very knowledgeable. Can guide you with a great vision if you've never had a pool before, or expand on whatever ideas you have for your dream pool. Great communication, and outstanding spirit. We couldn't go ahead with our pool because of life throwing us a curve ball during the planning, and Steve was so understanding, gracious and helpful. Should our situation ever change and a pool is in the cards for us, there's no one we'd rather go with than Metroplex!

We cannot even begin to explain the flawless installment of the pool and equipment. It seemed that the entire pool was BUILT in record time. We enjoyed the variations of the pool options and the options to pick your inside pool color. We chose a beautiful water feature as well and love listening to the Soothing sounds In the evening. The customer service we received was beyond five stars. Every employee of this company was top professional, and took pride in every step of the installation. If you had any questions, your response was immediately answered. We got this wonderful instructions and lessons how to clean the pool how to test the pool chemicals and how all the equipment works Personally, by a professional of the company Mr. Ivan , you never felt rushed everybody took their time to deliver the best product. You will not be disappointed In choosing this company, it is absolutely worth every penny! Thank you so much to everyone that made our little oasis come true. And YES it is an OASIS alright ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️++++

Okay y’all! Look no further…I scoured reviews, assessed competitors for plunge pools, and I am SO HAPPY we chose Metroplex. The team is committed to quality construction and customer satisfaction. From the owner Steve, to the front office team, our client contacts Ivan and Erika, and our amazing, meticulous installers, THANK YOU! We absolutely love our pool. It’s brought our family so much joy and is a much welcome addition to our endless Texas summers. A few tips I learned along the way…if there’s an opportunity to add some turf to your project, it’s such a nice addition to our backyard. If budget allows, it’s helpful to have an established landscaping plan to coincide with the project so you can plan simultaneously. And we are SO glad we put in an automatic pool cover for our young kids. We didn’t have space to fence the pool. We went with another company for the cover, but aesthetically, I’d recommend considering Latham’s.

We had a great experience with Metroplex Pools and would absolutely recommend them. From start to finish, Ivan was fantastic to work with. He was always responsive, answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. Building a pool is a big investment, so having someone who communicates well and is available when questions come up makes a huge difference. Ivan was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. We’re extremely happy with how our pool turned out and with the service we received from Metroplex Pools. A huge thank you to Ivan and the entire team for helping make it happen!

It was a pleasure working with Metroplex. From the start with steve and throughout the process it was seamless. We had a minor hiccup that was quickly corrected. Ericka and Ivan did a great job! Highly recommend if you're interested in a fiberglass pool.

Am so glad that I chose MetroPlex Pools. The engagement started with Ryan for the initial visit onsite to discuss my layout options and my very detailed and extensive needs. He advised me on the pool color which I love as well. He understood and gave me a firm quote. The owner Steve was also involved in making sure they understood my vision, and Steve was kind enough to invite me to his home to allay my doubts and give me design ideas for the spa and waterwall as well. The pool (Latham Astoria 14) was ordered on Mar 15th and the pool got delivered Mar 26th as promised. The dig crew (shout out to the brothers - Dustin and Josh) was fantastic. Courteous and never complaining with my demands. My lot entry is quite narrow, and Dustin handled bringing in the pool expertly. From them on, the drainage, piping and waterline tiles crew were great as well. Prompt and on time. And I cannot thank Ivan (Pool School extraordinnaire) and Erika (Project Co-ordinator) with the level of support that they have provided in finishing up the project. I would recommend a fiberglass pool, and MetroPlex Pools in particular to everyone in the DFW area. They have a fan for life.

I have absolutely loved our experience with Metroplex Pools! Everything has been done on time or early. They've been friendly professional and very helpful!
