Metropolitan Properties is an excellent company that cares about every single one of their customers. Jon was my property manager for 2 years and was incredibly communicative, efficient, dependable, and responsible. I highly recommend this company!
My experience of staying at one of their properties in Glover Park was great. I moved to DC for graduate school and ended up staying in the same apartment for almost 4 years.The neighborhood is lovely, the apartment is spacious yet cozy, and the management is very responsive. I am grateful to Jon and the team at MPL for making my stay very comfortable. Would highly recommend!
Rented from them for a year. Property itself was quite old and had a number of issues but really appreciate how responsive and helpful Metropolitan was. Whenever something came up, someone would usually stop by the next day to try to resolve the issue, whatever it was. Super accommodating and cooperative landlords and would recommend renting from them.
Jon and the entire management team are super helpful and responsive. All concerns/maintenance requests were addressed immediately and effectively and communication was very clear. Could not recommend more highly (especially to other Georgetown seniors looking for off-campus housing)!
I had a truly great experience with Metropolitan Properties! I rented the same apartment with them for seven years, and the main reason why I never considered moving was because of how professionally and respectfully I was treated by the company, especially the property manager Jon. Whenever maintenance issues popped up, the team was responsive and almost always had the problem resolved within 24 hours. Importantly, the lease terms and rent were extremely fair compared to other apartments in the neighborhood and across DC. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent in DC!

Great management very responsive to tenant needs and maintenance requests!
Rented with MPL for 2 years. Great management, fast response time, and fast utilities maintenance. Management was even open to negotiations for me to obtain parking at the unit which made my quality of life much better as a tenant. Highly recommend renting with MPL if you are looking at one of their properties; would keep renting here if not for employment opportunities causing me to relocate.
