My experience with MetroWest Mediation was excellent. It's not the happiest of situations you want to find yourself , but Melissa made the process very comfortable with compassion, and no judgment. I was well informed of the whole process, and I am very grateful for the organization that helps people, especially these days, with the help when needed.
This mediation training will challenge you to think and process in new ways to address conflict. You'll get to try out what you're learning in a group, with trainers to support you. After taking this course, I feel more confident that I can help people work through their differences.

I had an excellent experience with this online basic 30-hour Mediation Training. We had experienced and helpful facilitators. The training was organized into 5 days packed with exercises and role-plays. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning about mediation.
I highly recommend this training program. The staff is experienced and well trained and the curriculum is terrific. The supporting materials are very well done.
This was a professionally valuable training for me to hone my skillset. 7 different on-your-feet role-playing activities meant that you could not simply sit and forget the training tenets--you had to demonstrate them immediately to a cohort. Impressive, engaging and fun to be pushed in this way.
