We rented a Mi Box. It was dropped off and picked up when and where we asked. They did a nice job and it helped us in our move.

We truly appreciate your business and especially your willingness to recommend MI-BOX® to your friends and clients. We’d be happy to help you again anytime!
From the start of our interaction with MI-BOX, everything went extremely easily and really saved us a major headache when we needed to move a lot of things around quickly. We needed to clear out the contents of our garage so that it could be water-proofed. Joe was especially kind, helpful, and genuine. There were no surprises or delays in the delivery process and everyone at MI-BOX was extremely responsive. Our unit was delivered exactly as we requested (landed on one half of our driveway, down to the inch, so as to avoid weight placed on adjacent pavers), safely. I will absolutely be a return customer and highly recommend MI-BOX for any type of storage needs.

I highly recommend the Joliet office of MI-BOX. Working with Joe at the Joliet MI-BOX team was a pleasure from start to finish. Their pricing was competitive, but their customer service is what really sets them apart (they respond to emails quickly—imagine that these days). I had to reschedule my delivery date twice, and Joe accommodated every change smoothly and without issue.
Delivery was on time with plenty of advance notice. He arrived right on schedule and maintained clear, proactive communication throughout the entire process. He even helped me load an extremely heavy toolbox into the container before he left. If you need mobile storage in the area, I recommend the Joliet MI-BOX.

100% fantastic experience! My first time & wife's second time using mi box with no complaints! Even the driver was extremely polite and enquired about the mi box experience! Absolutely would recommend and is the best way to move! 1 box delivered and picked up/stored in June and 1 box delivered a week before moving end of August. Both were delivered to new house and able to go thru and move in with a better more controlled and much less chaotic way.
100% fantastic experience!!!!!
Thank you Mi Box!!!!!!

We had an excellent experience with Mi-Box from start to finish. Joe delivered our storage container and was exceptionally professional, courteous, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to work around our schedule for the delivery and pick-up. His flexibility made the entire process stress-free.
We used a 16' Mi-Box container while cleaning out and reorganizing a packed two-car garage, and it proved to be the perfect temporary storage solution. For an entire month, it served as an extra storage closet right in our driveway, allowing us to create the workspace we needed inside the garage.
The container itself was immaculate inside, well-constructed, and provided excellent protection from the weather. We felt confident that all our belongings were secure throughout the project.
We highly recommend Mi-Box to anyone needing affordable, convenient, clean, and reliable storage. Outstanding customer service, a high-quality product, and an overall five-star experience!
