Nice and professional! Will see the result soon
Caleb came out to help with our mouse problem we haven’t been able to solve on our own with store bought products. He was very nice and explained everything in detail and even picked up and disposed of a dead mouse from this morning that I was too afraid to touch. He walked through everything with us and set up all…
I assume the service was rendered as specified although I was not home to witness. The communication from the service person was very good.
Best Customer Service
Came in a timely manner and were easy to work with!
Highly recommend! Pest Arrest is great and AJ is a wonderful to work with. He is very trustworthy, on time, and educates us well on everything he does to help keep our home critter free!
Mice Masters/Pest Arrest has been great to work with. They were very responsive upon my first inquiry, and were able to come out and address the rodent issue the next day. AJ is very knowledgeable and made the process smooth and easy.
Polite and responsive for the initial meeting. he really seemed to know his stuff about mice!
Very reliable and courteous service by professionals who are very good at their jobs. Highly recommend!
Very responsive, reasonably priced and we haven't seen or heard a mouse they set baits throughout the house. Christian was great and patiently answered all of my questions. High recommend for any pest issues.
Timely arrival and friendly service rep.
The Pest Arrest team was prompt, professional and thorough. We had never had a huge problem with mice before, but this year they seemed to be everywhere. When it got to be too much for us to deal with on our own, we called Pest Arrest and they took care of the dirty work. Will recommend.
I already use Pest Arrest & Mice Masters for mice, but I recently used them for a spider issue I was having and AJ was awesome! AJ was very communicative, informative, and thorough. Even though he came specifically for the spiders, he even inspected my mice boxes and let me know they were empty. We were able to get…
I’ve had a lot of experience with pest control companies and I think most of them are a sham. My wife called these guys when we were literally at wits end with rats and mice in our chicken coop and Caleb is our new hero. We tried EVERYTHING before calling them and we couldn’t be happier. They are good people and great pest control experts. 10/10
My husband and I have an acre of land with 30 chickens in two coops. In April last year we were noticing a few rats by the chicken feed at sunset. By May, we were seeing 20-30 rats in the chicken run every night. We tried everything to combat them (snap traps, ratinator trap, eucalyptus oil, rodent pellets, shooting…
We had a problem with mice - now with consistent visits from Pest Arrest. They are completely gone! Thank you! AJ was a great technician. Arrived right on time and had good communication skills and showed us how the traps were working. We have no mice at all thanks to your company!
As always - AJ was great. Thanks
So far so good! From our first and only call with the receptionist to our tech Caleb, we’ve felt valued, respected, and informed. They are a smaller company than others x and their pricing reflects that’s but the service and communication makes up for it.
Excellent service, friendly, communicate well and are effective in keeping our house bug/rodent/ wasp free.
Very friendly and professional. Caleb is awesome!
AJ gave great service with particularly vexing outside rodent problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great customer service!
Christian was professional and transparent around our needs and the associated cost. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
After a few weeks of trying to deal with the issue ourselves, AJ came out and solved the problem practically overnight. We had one more sighting the morning after he placed the bait stations, then nothing. It's been a few weeks and I feel like I have my peace of mind back. It's not the cheapest solution out there,…
Did not catch this new gentleman’s name from Morrocco, he did a great/excellent service. He was very sweet and kind and we want him back to service us again. Sincerely, Ravidass Khalsa
AJ was great.
AJ. Was very professional I used other companies before and this is the only thing that worked!
We live supporting local companies and we love the excellent service Pest Arrest provides. Top notch every time!
Caleb was awesome. Did an excellent job of explaining what they would do and made me very comfortable. 9/2 first follow up appointment. The traps have worked really well the mice are gone from my basement. Highly recommend these guys.
Very informative, capable and personable rodent removal. Highly recommend!
Thank you AJ! Service and information was great!!!!
Very impressed. We were able to set an appointment right away and they came out within a few days . They were so thorough. We are already seeing a tremendous difference! Very professional and straightforward.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t deal with the mice in my house on my own. Fortunately, Pest Arrest could! And did! They were super communicative. Caleb came out the next day to help me out. I feel so relieved to be able to help keep the mice outside. I highly recommend!!!
Christian was awesome! So polite. He moved a couple of the traps that weren’t getting as much action. But still haven’t had any rodent issues so everything is working as it should. Great company and so easy to work with! Jackie accommodated our changing schedule with ease!
I’m very happy with Pest Masters. They come on time, do a thorough job and are very polite and friendly.
This company and their service guys are superior. I called a year ago to get rid of these tiny bugs taking over the house. One treatment a year ago and the bugs are still gone. Now they are treating for Mice. They have not failed me. No contracts only guarantees. They do a return visit to make sure the problem is gone. I’m very happy with the service.
Christian did a great job! He arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a thorough job of explaining how the bait traps worked. I’m very pleased with his work.
Christian was prompt, polite, and pleasant. He was patient with our questions.
This is the third time we have used pest arrest! I am always pleased with their customer service and work they perform! Highly recommend!
Christian was professional and thorough. He explained everything about process and next steps. Highly recommend. My only disappointment was that I thought that the steel wool mitigation would be more complete and cover all holes in foundation but it was only placed in corners of house.
Prompt, professional and efficient. They did a good job stemming a minor infestation of mice.
Service is always prompt, efficient, and thorough! Highly recommend.
We were so impressed with our initial meeting for an estimate with Mice Masters. Our technician Christian was so thorough and really great at helping us understand the source of our issues and the best way to mitigate them.
Highly recommend Pest Arrest / Mice Masters. Honesty and transparency goes a long way and they could not have been more professional.
AJ was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This company is great to work with. They take care of your problems.
AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He communicated everything that needed to be done in a clear manner and was well-informed. The treatment and advice was 100% effective and the mice problem was solved. I would definitely use this company again if needed and would recommend it to friends.
Prompt, Professional and reasonably priced.
These guys are the best! Was having a bad Mouse issues and called them. First 5 month checkup today…no trace…and my wife hasn’t noticed anything with her eagle eyes!
Dependable, effective and courteous service. Recommended.
Fantastic customer service. Quick response. Very effective.
Had a mouse infestation and was able to get same day service. Communication was great, and mouse problem is solved. Thank you!
Pest Arrest is a great company to work with. My rodent problem is pretty much eradicated since I’ve contracted with them.
AJ the technician was on time, as well as very professional and explained the procedure in-depth and was very patient. What we liked about his method was that it was eco friendly meaning that the dead mice/rats wouldn’t harm other living species if they were to consume the Caracas.
Always very good service! Jackie is always on top of things and let's me know when service is due! AJ was out today fast and efficient - we cannot thank him enough!
Excellent and reliable service.
I was very impressed with pest arrest and especially the rep AJ who came out to my house. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained the process. I feel confident in this company that they will take care of all of my needs. I highly recommend this business definitely top-tier five star. Don't hesitate to call them.
Speedy response and willing to talk through any questions I had regarding tackling the problem.
Tommie is an excellent consultant and we appreciate his knowledge and can do attitude. We've already seen a significant reduction in rodents after just a week. Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this company. First, they answered the phone, no automated message and went through all the details with me about what I needed with clear prices. Christian came out to do the work and was knowledgeable and precise, going over with me again the procedure. This is a great open and honest company.
Thank you for the knowledgable service and looking forward to learning what we find out from the traps!
We live in the woods. We needed help with sending our Stuart Littles elsewhere. Mice Masters had quick availability, Saturday hours and AJ was so thorough and also so kind to my little guy who asked 1000 questions. Hoping the treatments help, but so far this company has been AWESOME. We plan to continue treatments after the initial ones.
