After years of uncertainty, stress, and not knowing what the future would hold, I am finally a permanent resident, and I cannot thank Michael Ibrahim enough for helping me reach this milestone.
My journey was not an easy one. I initially filed my application on my own and received a Notice of Intent to Deny, which left me feeling uncertain about my future. Michael stepped in, helped me file a motion, and when USCIS failed to handle the matter correctly, he went above and beyond by refiling my entire application at no additional cost. That level of dedication, integrity, and commitment to his clients speaks volumes about the kind of attorney he is.
Throughout the entire process, Michael was always upfront, honest, and transparent. He never made unrealistic promises and always took the time to explain my options and what to expect. His communication was excellent, and both he and his staff were incredibly attentive, professional, friendly, and responsive. I never felt like just another case or a paycheck. I felt that my situation genuinely mattered to them.

Bad who’s ever named Omar answering a phone the reason calling this office cuz Syrian and speaks Arabic when I asked Omar where u guys from said we can’t give any informations where we are from !!!! are you serious??
