Customers frequently praise the company for punctual appointments, clear communication, and technicians who provide thorough diagnoses without unnecessary upselling. Repairs often involve refrigerators, washers, and dryers, with many noting that the service saved them from costly replacements. However, some low-star reviews criticize high diagnostic fees, non-refundable deposits, and long wait times for initial appointments.

I received a call confirming my appointment the day prior, which I greatly appreciated.
Zach arrived on time, was polite, professional and he started to work on my broken freezer immediately. He had that freezer dismantled, repaired and put back together in no time at all.
He covered the floor so there were no leaks to ruin the wood flooring and put shoe covers on before entering the kitchen. Overall, I am very happy with the services and employees of American Appliance Repair.

Great service! Techs had to come three times, but that's because of troubleshooting and ordering parts to get my appliance repaired. It works like perfectly now, and would have been costly of I had to replace our 2-drawer, under the counter refrigerator.
