The team is so great. From the initial consultation to the work I hired them to do. I hired them to discuss moving the sump pump and cutting the floor and they gave me an alternative that made more sense. They came in and were on time, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. Excellent work, very competitive pricing, and would definitely hire them again.

Dominic was extremely helpful! I am in the process of buying a home and had some concerns. He walked me through the issues, didnt try to sell me, but really took the time to talk to about what the issues could be, even ones that would not be related to his business. Definitely a good and trustworthy businesss!

From the moment I first called Michigan Basements, I felt confident that I was in good hands. Cameron was lovely and got me scheduled quickly, and Eddie, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, thorough, and refreshingly low-pressure. He explained their system and how it differs from other companies without trying to upsell me.
Rich, Taiwan, and Elijah spent days laboring to install an interior drainage system and sump pumps. They worked incredibly hard, were professional, trustworthy, and likeable, and left the basement remarkably clean. Ken also did a great job handling all the electrical and various other tasks.
When the work was completed, I received a call from the owner to make sure I was satisfied. That kind of follow-through says a lot and made me realize the importance of working with locally-owned companies instead of those owned by private equity.
Frankly, this was not the most exciting expense as a new homeowner. That said, less than a week later, the basement feels noticeably drier and the musty smell is beginning to fade. I’m very grateful to the entire Michigan Basements team and would absolutely recommend them.
