DO NOT get flooring from the company affiliated with Michigan Design Center, Flooring Design Distributor. The pricing is substantially more than where you can get it from any other local flooring store. When I went to the manager Chris Smith regarding why they charged me almost double per square foot of any other local flooring store they said it’s because they were in a “high priced” area. He also did not like to be challenged because when I was questioning him about the pricing and mystery shipping charges they added he said “you need therapy” and rudely hung up on me. I am absolutely baffled. The receptionist Kim was equally rude to my builder and myself

I love coming here. Alyssa is the designer who helps me anytime I need anything. My clients love the pieces she picks to create the perfect room(s). She is always on top of everything for me, has a great attitude and the best eye for design. I will never go anywhere else solely because of her. Thank you Michigan Design Center and Thank you Alyssa! Well done!
