We had some siding that needed to be put back on following the wind storm and they were so communicative and helpful and got it done faster than I even thought possible for a really fair price. Hi Keoki, thank you for your feedback. As a company standard in a matter of professional integrity, we do not accept deposits, execute contracts or schedule crews time until project financing and contractual terms are 100% secured.
We never break ground or take a clients fund if there’s any uncertainty about carrying out a foundation through to completion. Because those project terms were never finalized, we declined to take a deposit and this job was never placed on our active production calendar. We regret any frustration regarding the timeline, but our priority is always ensuring a project can be finished smoothly from start to finish. We wish you the best with your foundation project.

Overall, horrendous process, but we like the bathroom. They do not hold to their timelines, we were assured our bathroom renovation would be completed by the end of August, they finished it in December. Billy is a terrible project manager, is extremely combative, very disorganized and unprofessional. The project felt like an afterthought to them, there were weeks when they would not come out to do any work. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

We also made every effort to accommodate your family’s needs after the arrival of your new baby—including pausing work entirely for over a week and strictly adhering to limited working hours (9 AM – 4 PM) to keep noise levels down. While these adjustments extended the calendar duration of the project, we felt it was the right thing to do for your family. We are very proud that the bathroom passed all city inspections and turned out beautiful, and we wish you and your family the best in your newly renovated space."
