I went in for a 2TB external HD for my PS5, and left with a future 2027 decision on what PC would be my best option for shooter base gaming. I will return then and have faith in their knowledge of what selection is going to preform best for my needs. Following their advice I'm finally leaving the Xbox, and PS5 consoles behind me. I'm highly recommending everyone stop in their Fishers location and explore. You might get lost within endless possibilities. 👌
Sold me a $350 printer that printed 3x then wouldn't print wouldnt power on and when it did said ink was out clearly has issues... bought it to take on the road working with us and now that we are back they say its been to long (8 months) so where stuck with a $350 paper weight 👌... no offer to fix exchange or even offer credit just empty sorrys
The store stocks some high-end and obscure items like Beyerdynamic headsets and headphones made in Germany, “ModMic’s”, Ducky Shine keyboards, etc. Used to have to special order this stuff, sometimes overseas. I only interacted with floor staff but they were abundantly helpful, checking back now and then. Would be nice if Microcenter had food courts where you could sit down and chill like the old Fry’s

Micro Center is always a fun place for me and my son to go. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I go there to be amongst my people and buy cool PC parts.
We had a very helpful employee at the register his name was Ethan and he had glasses. He was very conversational and asked about my boyfriend’s pc and even recommended a better graphics card for his setup. The service center is always super kind, helpful, and quick as well! I recommend using microcenter for any electronic needs!
