Brian and his entire team at Microscope were professional & efficient. His staff were extremely respectful and hard working. He gave me a free inspection with a quote. I was back in my home within 1 week of a mold discovery after leaving on vacation with the A/C fan "On" instead of "Auto". Brian's vast knowledge allows him to diagnose issues quickly which helps to reduce damage and cost. He was always available to answer my questions and provided a detailed report and analysis. My home has never been so clean. The pictures do not show the wonderful way a home "Feels" after the remediation. What a difference. Please see the before and after pictures.

Contacted Brian and he responded immediately. He did a site inspection and provided me with a detailed quote within 48 hours. His communication was timely and clear. His team did a fantastic job removing the mold and prepping it for the cabinet vendor. It was a seamless process and I highly recommend Microscope Mold and Water Damage. They were wonderful to work with.

I recently worked with Brian after an air quality test on a property I was listing showed elevated results. Brian was referred to me by another associate, and I’m so glad I reached out to him.
He was very responsive and was able to fit us into his schedule the same day. He came out, evaluated the property, and took the time to explain the process, what needed to be done, and the expected timeline. His pricing was also within my customers’ budget, which was important.

Brian the owner at Microscope was absolutely fantastic. He answered the phone right away ready to help. He was prompt and came right out to inspect my parents home that needed water leak and mold assessments. He is more knowledgeable than anyone else we had out and explained every detail of his process thoroughly. He had the entire thing planned and mapped out and his team over a day later to fix every detail. Pricing is more than fair especially for how quickly everything was accomplished. We had a great experience with Microscope Mold and Water Damage Restoration. An inspector came out to my parents’ home and took the time to thoroughly look things over and explain what he found. We especially appreciated that he came out and did the inspection at no charge. He was helpful, professional, and took the time to answer our questions. To say that Brian was amazing is an understatement. He was quick, professional, thorough, and helped us mitigate moisture issues before it turned into a large issue. His team was so great. He was able to help us with purchasing a home and selling a home and the turn around time was so great! I couldn’t recommend anyone more.
He was also able to set me up with other good contractors for other issues and he made this process so seamless.
