This studio is so good that I keep making the trip all the way from Odessa! There are a considerable number of instructors, which allows the studio to offer a wide variety of classes throughout the day. The owner is also super nice and makes you feel at home.

The workshop was very informative. The presenters knew how to explain the pose and checked for understanding as we engaged in practicing the pose. The staff was friendly and made sure we had props needed to practice. Overall a wonderful experience. I would recommend Midland Yogaworks.
