Kind man, respectful, punctual

Dave came out today (10/9/26) and filled all nine of our bait stations. We discussed the amount of "traffic" at the boxes and decided to move one box to a second location in the garage where I have seen evidence of recent activity. We discussed what else to do as winter approaches to make the rodents stay out of the garage. Dave also gave us a great idea about why our new young cat has "lost" 4 collars in 10 days. The bell may be the issue for a cat who lived outdoors only before now. We're trying a new collar without a bell. lol. We'll be looking for Dave's return in 3 months when the rodents may be hiding in the snow, if they are still here. Lots of road work on the NW side of Milwaukee has the rodents very active. Today's refill of bait will have them on the run. We are hopeful.

This company is honestly amazing. I’ve used a ton of different pest companies for rodent activity, because we live by farms and forests, and they shouldn’t even be in business compared to Midwest. Just ask for Dewayne to come out and help you. You’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. I don’t know how he has that much energy and passion for this stuff but it’s really infectious. He will find EVERY single spot they might be coming in at. They also guarantee their work and will come out for free if you ever have any problems. I will say one thing, they are not a handyman or contractor. They find all the spots and recommend the best way to plug them and prevent future entry. If you do the work they say you’ll never have an issue.

Sprayed for box elder bug. Sprayed while raining
Had the privilege of meeting Duane yesterday. We were having a yellow jacket problem in the chimney area of our gas fireplace. He explained how the application worked and sprayed other areas around the house that the bees might be attracted to. Also bushes around the house. I checked this morning and already see the application is working. Thanks Duane!!

Had a wasp problem on my deck. Tech came out and was extremely nice. Showed up on time, explained what he was going to do. I haven't seen a wasp since he left a week ago.
