We have used Gio regularly at our house in Beverly. When we first moved in, our previous owners left us a fun little surprise to take care of. We made the mistake of contacting Anderson at first who never showed up but continued to charge our CC for monthly for several months. We then called Gio and he's never let…

We have an old brick house that had tons of entry points for mice. For some reason we had more than a handful show up in recent months. Midwest pest control was quick to answer the phone, right on time for all appointments, texted confirmations, just easy to work with. They were fair priced and very thorough. He…

Due to his inspection he did find 2 water pipes that were breaking and leaking under my home. If he…
Satisfied and approved!!! If you are looking for overall pest control and inspection this is the company!

He was honest and open about what treatments he recommended and the frequency of those treatments. I will continue to use…
Gio is highly responsive, timely, and thorough.
Managed to squeeze me in last min on the same day I called, after seeing a mouse in the house, and was very thorough and informative. Came back to check traps 2 weeks later and was equally knowledgeable about how many mice might be in house and how to potentially stop our ant and spider issue. Knowledgeable about…

Professional, friendly, effective service! Highly recommend Midwest Pest Solutions.
A termite inspection was required as part of my selling the house. Even though house is brick potential buyers wanted. Googled and found Midwest and with all the reviews set up a time. His schedule met with mine. They arrived on time and performed a very thorough inspection. Didn't find anything which was great/…
