Over the last 20 years I have had a pond at each of my homes. For large ponds, especially ponds with substantial fish populations, it is customary to have the ponds drained and cleaned twice a year in the spring and fall. I had used the same firm for the last 20 years, but this year I decided to try a new provider for pond services of all kinds. I tried a team by Midwest Pond Features and Landscape. The engagement team from Midwest Pond Features and Landscape was Suliaman. The team provided detailed work cost estimates in advance of the project, the arrived on time, they worked hard all day, they communicated very well with me keeping me informed of developments, schedules and challenges. They completed the project on time, nicely cleaned up the work area and did it all for significantly less than I had been paying for the service. Suliaman and his team were friendly, careful with my property and great communicators. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service start to finish. Very communicative and answered all my questions, called prior to arrival, highly respectful of my property, very personable and did exactly what they promised to do. So glad it's done. Previous owners put the pond in, but I let it go after years of maintaining it. Too many other things to do so I asked these gentlemen to get rid of it. Glad it's gone. Thank you guys! Great job.

This was my first year working with Midwest Pond Features and they did an excellent job with my spring clean out. The owner, Sulaiman, has great communication and offered a bunch of helpful advice to improve how I maintain the pond, and even stopped by for a leak inspection at no cost. I would recommended any pond owner to work with them.

It was our first time and was a great experience on time as scheduled very detailed and knowledgeable customer oriented . After the clean out we discussed some solutions for an issue that was created by a previous company looking forward to doing future business with them
My sincerest thanks to all of you who have previously written reviews. If not for you, it may not have been such an easy decision for me to select Midwest Pond Features to clean my pond. They were fabulous. Sulaiman was a great communicator and extremely responsive. He and his team of 3 guys arrived on time, truly cared, and did an outstanding job. There are two pumps in my skimmer box, one for the waterfall and the second to prevent the pond from freezing by creating motion. The second pump had not generated any water movement for years despite my working with other firms. I mentioned it to Sulaiman, without any hesitancy, they blew out the lines. What a difference this pump has made in the water movement and enjoyment of our pond. A suggestion, don't spend any additional time looking for a firm to care for your pond. If you have read this review, then you have found them!!!
Completely unreliable; would not recommend. The owner had me waste 2 full days waiting for him to stop by to review a new pond design and provide a proposal. The first day, he changed the expected arrival time twice, only to cancel at the end of the day and asked if he could push it to the following day, which I reluctantly accepted. The following day (yesterday), he never showed up, nor had the courtesy to call/text. At the end of the second day, I needed to leave, so I texted him to simply let him know I was leaving, thinking he would apologize and attempt to reschedule again. I have since received no response. Thanks for wasting 2 days of my valuable time waiting for you.
