Diego Duran went above and beyond in every way during our transaction. We were also managing an out-of-state move for my elderly mother, which added another layer of urgency and stress, but Diego handled everything with professionalism and care. He seemed always available, extremely responsive, and hands-on—staying on top of sending us photos, videos, and helping us navigate difficult situations with contractors and inspections.
