Customers consistently praise the company for its punctuality, clear communication, and fair pricing during roof replacements and leak repairs. Many reviewers highlight the staff's willingness to explain options and assist with the South Carolina Safe Home Grant application process. The work is frequently described as professional and completed within one to two days. One minor concern noted in a four-star review involved a language barrier with the installation crew, though management addressed the issue promptly.

Called on a Monday around 7am and had someone over to look at my roof by 1pm. Overall amazing customer service, the tech was punctual to the minute, and honest. I didn’t feel like I was being BS’d which was greatly appreciated. My roof was fixed the next morning and payment was super easy as well. This experience was 10/10 in all aspects and I appreciate all their help with getting this issue fixed. I’ll recommend Mighty Dog to anyone with roof issues!

Excellent experience from start to finish! I appreciate their professionalism and they communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed. Anthony mentioned to me about the South Carolina Safe Home Grant and that I would most likely qualify. We worked with the timeline to take advantage of the grant and followed each step of the process in detail. The grant was approved and was paid after successful completion of the roof installation. With or without the grant, Mighty Dog Roofing gave me a competitive price on the work. Matt and Anthony were great to work with and I’m very happy with my IBHS FORTIFIED Roof!!! Thanks Mighty Dog!! Highly recommend.

Matt and Dallas did everything that we had agreed to at a fair price. Even with a couple of minor setbacks with a windy, rainy January install, they always stepped up and made it right explaining every step along the way. You can’t ask more than that from a contractor.

Replacing your roof is an expensive, scary and time consuming project. I spoke with about 5-6 roofing companies in all and Mighty Dog was the best price, the most informative and the most straightforward company. They didn't use fancy lingo and name drop the brand of products they used. They understood I need a new roof, they came and quoted me a price, and a week or two later I had a roof. Easy as pie. Super communication friendly and straightforward with pricing and the process.

I got multiple quotes from multiple roofers and Mighty Dog not only had a competitive quote, they didn’t try to upsell me on some overpriced roof I didn’t need. They gave me a fair price and did an amazing job on a very good roof. This company is top of the line and I highly recommmend them. Anthony and Matt were fantastic to work with and I would use them again…hands down.
