I went in to talk with Mike about a tube amp. Planning to purchase a good blues/country sounding tube amp I am prepared to spend $800.00 to $2,000.00. Mike must have been busy because he was fairly short with me, never offered for me to try anything, or take the time to show me what he had available. Mike said he did have a $200.00 amp for use in the house. In 2018 Mike repaired an acoustic guitar for me which took 4 months to get back with no contact from Mike for this time along with the shop being closed during normal hours with no back up to run the shop. I heard good things although with out showing the effort to display and try out a tube amp when I was prepared to spend up to $2,000.00 today on a tube amp to play alone in my house I will not be talking to Mike again. If you don’t care about time lag and lac of updates. You may want to see if Mikes abilities to assist your needs are any good. I won’t be going back. I will do more research on my own for a kick ass tube amp. God bless you all. Jim

I dropped off equipment in November '22 and was told they were busy and wouldn't look or get it done until January. That was fine, I understand. I called in January for an update, never got a call back. I stopped back in, the gentleman tells me that he's been busy and he'll get to it next week. I call multiple times (not convenient to keep driving into town) and I've never received a phone call back. When I stopped in today to get an update, he said they looked at them last week (items were still completely intacked) and asked why he never called me back... "I've been in and out and busy" This is over a 4 month window. Very disappointed to say the least. I lost 4 months when I should have gone to EMI Audio to begin with.
