Customers frequently cite fair pricing, clear communication, and honest service as key benefits, noting that repairs are often completed promptly without unnecessary upselling. Recurring themes include long-term loyalty, professional diagnostics, and a welcoming atmosphere where staff explain options thoroughly. However, several low-rated reviews criticize the shop for charging fees for initial inspections or diagnostics, with some alleging that owners pressured customers to purchase additional parts or refused to complete basic checks without extra payment.

George was awesome. Got my repair done in an hour, was helpful and communicative, fair pricing, excellent. He'll be my go to mechanic from now on.
I’ve been serviceable car here for over 20 years. Always great service.
They were okay service
These guys are amazing. From the moment I arrived they were courteous, explained everything point by point and offered me options if I didn’t want to do everything all at once. I had taken the care elsewhere beforehand and had a bad experience so this was 100% great! In the end my car runs perfectly and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend!!
Thank you for your positive feedback, Sara! As always, we appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.
Went for my annual inspection. Been using them for years.I have never had to go back after they made any kind of repair. They get it right the first time. I enjoy my visits with them the brothers are both funny and nice to all customers.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
Perfect service
Thank you, Arkady! We're thrilled to hear you were happy with our service!
The first time I called this place for service, George made me feel like I was a welcomed family member. After talking with George, I brought my Mini Cooper S in for a minor issue. I immediately felt like I was home. In all my years of driving, I have never felt this comfortable walking into an auto mechanic shop. THEN, I discovered that we know some of the same people (other customers). And if that weren't enough, George and his wife also drive Mini's!!! I have found my new auto mechanics! Ευχαριστώ Γιώργο Update: Still the best mechanics in our area. They have given me back my peace of mind. As a single woman in the world of auto mechanics, I have never felt more comfortable & safe leaving my car in someone's hands Another update: Perfection. They never let me down Still perfection Update on my update: These guys are my forever mechanics! Still the best! These are my mechanics for life! Now My daughter is also a lifer 😃
Hi G., Seeing your 5-star review made our day! Cars are extremely important and valuable which is why we make sure to give you the best service with the most amount of care. Don't hesitate to reach out again for any car problems you may encounter!
Prompt and clear. They keep in touch with you while working on your vehicle. It’s the cleanest mechanic sho I’ve seen. They are polite and have a sense of humor.
Excellent customer service as well as superb mechanics, add honesty and fair pricing.
5/5 Stars - Highly Recommended! I cannot thank Milad Nukho & Sons enough for saving the day after my car suffered a major engine oil leak. They handled everything from the initial tow to the diagnosis and final repairs, making a very stressful situation so much easier to bear. Eddie was absolutely fantastic—very professional, upfront, and completely down-to-earth. He kept the lines of communication open at all times so I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. To top it off, their pricing was incredibly reasonable. From the phone calls to the in-person interactions, everyone was so kind. When my car was picked up, the tow truck driver genuinely told me to "have a better day," and Eddie made sure that actually happened. I absolutely recommend them and will most definitely return for any future auto needs! THANK YOU EDDIE Ana
