Juan is a personable and professional worker. Facing delays by Duncanville Water Department, he simply got everything done as we were waiting and, in a timely manner, repaired and completed the job when the city responded.Great Milestone Difference. Thanks Juan.

We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night.
We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…

Easy fix and a simple flat rate for the service. In the end it’s not always about how fast it’s completed, it’s about knowing what to do make it work again in the fastest way possible. With knowledge comes reliability. This was an easy fix and I’m so thankful for that.

Jonathan A. was professional and friendly. He repaired our garbage disposal clog and even cleaned up after! He did a drain check to all our sinks and showers, and cleared a slow shower drain, so we were very pleased to have a future problem caught early!

I was very impressed with the man sent to my home. Jonathan was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a very effective communicator. The company called to let me know approximately what time the technician was to arrive 30 minutes out…that’s awesome to keep you informed so that you would be ready and not have to wonder when they would show. The technician was very professional and courteous.

Gabriel was absolutely the most knowledgeable, patient, friendly technician I've ever had. Jerry and his helper arrived as planned (they called they were coming). Had the garbage disposal and pvc tubing replaced under the kitchen sink. Jerry and his helper were quick and left the area clean. Both were polite and considerate. Found the charge for the work under a service plan high but the work was done well.
