It was complicated due to…

Been using them for several years and everything has been great. They have even called us to do some free services that they have added to their plans. For the yearly me membership we pay it has been well worth it and much more service then we expected.

These guys are con men , their modus operandi, in guise of offering free check up they pull things apart and then "coincidentally" after a day system stops working, then they would charge you for fixing it back .

Over the last year we have had many contractors do work on our house. We have only had two good experiences. One put a beam in our attic, and the other was Milestone for electrical work. We recently wanted our air ducts cleaned and calling Milestone was a no brainer! Scott Johnston came out and did a full evaluation…
High integrity. Found that I needed to replace a damaged A/C unit part. Part is covered under my homebuyers warranty.
Scott was punctual and worked very quickly to resolve the issue. He also pointed out several items that needed to be addressed that could cause future issues if not resolved. Nothing major, just more preventative maintenance…..and then he addressed those items without additional cost. Fantastic customer service and knowledge.
