Our AC had stopped cooling. Milestone sent HVAC technician Alex Faulconer to diagnose the problem. He found several issues, described them in detail and prepared three optional plans of repair for me to choose. Over the last week, various HVAC services were also performed by Salvador, Jordan, Kristin, Cody,…
Very prompt! Extremely tidy when installing the new toilet. Fair prices and professional.
Jacob Kellar was amazing. So accommodating and kind. He understood my financial situation and went to the limit to keep me safe. I couldn’t afford everything but I feel confident that I was well taken care of. Milestone is the best!
Just had our summer time-up for the HVAC system at our home. Our technician, Luis Perry was fantastic in diagnosing the issues we were experiencing in the extreme Texas hot summer. He flushed the system and performed a thorough cleaning on both units—they look marvelous! More importantly, both are pumping ice cold…
Once again very pleased with the work Jose did on my 6 month maintenance on my HVAC. Very thorough and explained and showed video of all he did
Pleasant and professional. Did everything needed to resolve our AC problem. Always happy with Milestone people and service.
We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
The repair man that came S. Valle, was absolutely wonderful!! After I speak with the Field Inspector Monday & get the new unit, Mr. Valle is the reason!! Long story of how I got to y'all but I'm so glad I called back last night & booked for today. Even had A/C back a couple hours before my original scheduled appt.…

Great quick service. Friendly and kept me updated. Cleaned up afterwards and answered all my questions.
John was careful to explain the parts which were under warranty and what they had to be replaced .Because there were two components they had to be ordered and naturally it took some time However we were kept informed during the process.Thank you John for your professional manner and skills.
On time & very professional
Zach the plumber did a great job and appreciated the inspection.
Milestone did an HVAC today, 10/22/24. As always, I got good service. Zaul performed the maintenance check. He explained everything to me in detail. He also helped secure the closet door where the unit is stored and took out a hornets nest we found. Its little things like this that Milestone does that…

Justyn was very informative.
Jesus did a great job! I’d give him more than 5 stars. Milestone however, has the highest rates I’ve ever seen! The plumber was on site for less than an hour and my bill was nearly $500!! My previous experience with Milestone, tech was here less than 30 minutes and that cost $450!! Too expensive for my blood.
10/10 service. James fixed our AC and was very friendly while explaining the process well . A master at his craft! Thank you James McCreary

Quick response, great explanation every step and a fast resolution
The customer service has been dreadful. The technician who did the diagnostic told me about the issue with the blower wheel making some noise and would not commit to ordering the part for me and instead tried to set up a sales pitch to spend 18k on a new system at a later date. He then reinstalled the wheel and it…

This was the best customer service I’ve ever had from an AC company…Maybe from any service company period. Called after hours last night when I got home and my AC stopped working, and they scheduled my appt for 8am today. Were on time, fixed the part, and got the unit working again by 10:30am. My tech was courteous…
I recently had the unfortunate experience of availing a free HVAC tune-up service from Milestone. While the idea of a complimentary tune-up was appealing, the aftermath of their visit left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning their practices. During the supposed "tune-up," the technicians managed to swap the…
We had several issues with our AC unit and had several technicians come out to service our unit. Both Techs provided great service. However Matthew I feel went above and beyond and worked late into the night. We truly appreciate all of his hard work and effort in repairing our AC unit.

Please don’t bother. We had A/C work done and when we asked how to prepare, we were told “you don’t!” Our appointment was a nightmare. A 10 hour job was well into 12 hours (left at 945 at night) and didn’t cover one of the vents, which ended up “gassing” us in the room and covering my animals in sticky glue.…

We have been a Milestone customer for several years. The staff is always professional and helpful.
They did a great job. One of the best companies around for sure
He found the problem quickly and made the recommendation with how to best deal with it. He is not a one problem person and can see the whole overall landscape of what is needed. It may cost a bit more than what your neighbors spent but the neighbor will probably spend more later because they took the easy solution on their first repair.

Jonathan Gaona (#51576) was amazing! He took care of the AC issues. He was very friendly and professional. He clearly explained the problem, the fix and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Milestone has a reputation of being a little costlier but I feel like it’s worth it in the long run.
Stenly Valle did a very good job.
Professional and excellent customer service.
Stenly Valle's name was not on the drop down list, but he was a very nice maintenance technician. Even being an Advantage Member is still expensive.

He was very nice.
Hieu Thai was outstanding! After checking a few items for about an hour. He video recorded to show me that my AC evap was leaking and rusty.
