The service was good, but we did not know (or forgot) about the appointment until a few minuted before arriving. An email or text reminder the day before would be helpful

Over the last year we have had many contractors do work on our house. We have only had two good experiences. One put a beam in our attic, and the other was Milestone for electrical work. We recently wanted our air ducts cleaned and calling Milestone was a no brainer! Scott Johnston came out and did a full evaluation…
Scott was punctual and worked very quickly to resolve the issue. He also pointed out several items that needed to be addressed that could cause future issues if not resolved. Nothing major, just more preventative maintenance…..and then he addressed those items without additional cost. Fantastic customer service and knowledge.
