This is the second home that I have entrusted Milestone to install a new HVAC unit for me, and I am completely satisfied. The guys have always been punctual, kind, and intelligent. I am also thankful that they are problem solvers.
It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.
Michael O’Conner arrived on time and ready to go. I had several projects to discuss and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable. He completed the specific jobs I requested and gave me excellent advice for my future projects. I look forward to having him come again.

We had Shan and Neill today tackle a whole bunch of electrical trouble shooting on our home in McKinney. Also installed front landscape lighting and timers. Replaced GFIC outlets not working and installed a new kitchen light and a dimmer switch. We have used them for years and have never been dissatisfied with their electricians.

Revision: Service great. Cost ridiculously high! London went above and beyond. Stayed late on a Friday to complete the job and provided excellent service. However, I realized much too late that Milestone is seriously overpriced. I made the mistake of not shopping around and paid 3x the amount of other quality companies.
