We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
Very professional, timely and explained what needed to be done in details before we agreed upon the work
Jacob was able to troubleshoot and repair my electrical issues efficiently. He was very friendly and explained things well. I would request him to return for any future work.

She really got to know what we were looking for, helped us research the best options, and did a fantastic job at implementation, making sure that we were informed and happy every step of the way. Clint did a great job replacing four ceiling lights. The lights he replaced was about 30 years old. It was time for the change. They look great.
Awesome As Always!
This is the second home that I have entrusted Milestone to install a new HVAC unit for me, and I am completely satisfied. The guys have always been punctual, kind, and intelligent. I am also thankful that they are problem solvers.
It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.
Michael O’Conner arrived on time and ready to go. I had several projects to discuss and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable. He completed the specific jobs I requested and gave me excellent advice for my future projects. I look forward to having him come again.
Friendly, knowledgeable and professional, what else could you ask for. They always take good care of us, and we've used them for years.
We have used Milestone Electric on two separate occasions and have had excellent results BOTH times. The reason I highlighted “BOTH” is because we haven’t had consistent results with many repair services over the years, so it was a pleasant surprise when technician Tommy Price showed up today to fix our clothes…

We were having partial power outages for a week. I called Oncor and they were NOT surprisingly no help at all. We called an electrician out and in about 30 minutes he had identified Oncor as the problem. He made 1 phone call and Oncor was here in under 30 minutes. They shut off power to our entire block and came in…
Ben & Dani did such a great job and went above and beyond in everything they did! They were also just a lot of fun to be around and were great with our dogs too. Rick did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the Halo whole house water filtration system.
All 3 young men were kind, caring, knowledgeable, and very professional. I want Blake, Eric, and OJ to come back to my house whenever I have any issues. I could of adopted all three of them. Just the finest young men that ever came to my house.
Jonathan Hebert did a good and professional job.
Cory and Ricardo were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They had to use a 16 foot ladder to switch out two pendants in the entry hall. They made sure the lights were clean and bulbs worked. The members discounts are great as Milestone is not inexpensive, but I have always been happy…
Scott was patient, used explanations that we could understand and gave us options. Scott’s overall positive character was evident. Jim Davis
Ralph was the best - 5 stars. Knowledgeable HVAC professionals. Bit pricey but 5 star Some of the other service lines were less than great so 3 star on those. Averages out to 4 star
Corey and Ricardo were on time, personable and professional. Corey took the time to go over every step of the process. I was very satisfied with the end product and overall pleased with the entire experience. I would very much recommend using Milestone for your electrical needs.

Jon McGee did excellent work. He repaired my outdoor light post. He also installed and improved some security lights on exterior. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!
Emily Griffin was great. She slowed up on time, she went right at it, figured out the problem and got down to fixing the issues. And she thoroughly explained why we had the problems and what to do about them. She’s one of the best we ever had. Thanks.
Milestone is the best. We use them all the time for our needs! Great service and great people! They all do a great job. Wes and Josh were awesome today, but someone at Milestone has done virtually every kind of work here that is offered. We use them always.

Nathan was professional and courteous! He was very efficient throughout the entire inspection process! Thanks!
My Milestone provider came to replace 4 canned lights, 4 ceiling light fixtures and change out a ceiling fan. Unfortunately he found sub-code wiring that the builder had left 45 years ago in almost every instance. He efficiently corrected the code violations and installed my new equipment and left everything like…
These guys are spot on and very professional. Great follow ups, timely and are subject matter experts in their field. Joseph was very friendly and very efficient. He cleaned up everything after the job as if nothing ever happened. I'll definitely use them for other services in the future.

Jesse gave confidence that my electrical was a good in my house and offered additional upgrades to further protect my home. Great experience with Jesse and when I do electrical work at my home I want only him to come here.
Revision: Service great. Cost ridiculously high! London went above and beyond. Stayed late on a Friday to complete the job and provided excellent service. However, I realized much too late that Milestone is seriously overpriced. I made the mistake of not shopping around and paid 3x the amount of other quality companies.
My technician (Will) was very professional in all aspects. Answered my questions plainly, explained what needed done well and then installed my fixtures efficiently.

I needed: -Two ceiling fans repaired. -A ceiling fan replaced. -An outlet repaired. -A kitchen light fixture replaced. -A frayed wire repaired and the light fixture attached mounted. Grant did an amazing job! Exceeded our expectations. He efficiently and neatly removed old light fixtures and installed 3 new ones. Also installed the proper boxes to hang them. The lights look great, and we will definitely use milestone again 😊
The technician was upfront telling us that he would need a helper to get this job done. His initial plan was to wave off and come back tomorrow, which would have been fine. Then he said that the company would send out a helper, but that ultimately fell through. We’ll see him tomorrow.
Great professional service! Delivered a quality installation just as they said they would. The technicians were well-trained, prompt, uniformed, respectful, and efficient!
This was our first time using Milestone and we were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely use them again.

I have used Milestone for the 16 years I have been in this house! They are always professional and reliable.
