Service is amazing. Team is kind, knowledgable and responsive. So why a 2 star review? Because i just paid a bill and there is a flat 25 fuel surcharge. I am a milestone member and I too consume gas to get to work. I don't pass that down to my family. Fuel fluctuations are part of the cost of doing business. Do customers get a credit when prices drop?
In the last three days, I've had two technicians from Milestone come out to work on my Electric problem, both Julio and Scott were extremely professional, and explain things to me in a way that I could understand. I appreciate both of these gentlemen greatly. I will certainly call Milestone in the future for my Electric needs.

Outstanding job!! After a lighting strike in the house had a few outlets and GFCI's go out along with a breaker. It required 9 new switches / plugs and replacement of wiring to each. Jacob was a total professional troubleshooting and performing the repair.
Jared Fitzgearld and Kyle Moore were awesome!! They were here for 2 days and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job before they left. They explained all of my options and then went over everything they did before they left, making sure I didn’t have any other questions. Their work and customer service were awesome!
I lost power at 5:30 pm on a Friday night. Justin came out and worked from 7pm until 4:25am to assess the problem and then get it fixed. With temps being over 100 all weekend long, I was I grateful that their priority was to get my power back up immediately.
