Good communication. Knowledgeable. Good time management.
We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
Very good job
We have been pleasantly amazed at the professionalism, care for our property and overall services rendered. Jordan Bauer and Mike Reyna were at our home to finalize our HVAC contract by blowing insulation in our attic. When they left you couldn't tell they had even been here. The entire process has put Milestone at…
My wife called Milestone Electric to come out and install an outside plug. Matthew Lacey showed up and totally took care of our project. He effectively addressed our issues/concerns and throughly walked through the process. He took time to educate us on a high level regarding the GFI plugs. He was very…
Steven was very thorough And explained everything so that I could understand I would highly recommend Milestone and Steven for any home services I would also recommend getting the monthly service plan because it is worth it

Gary Strange did an excellent service visit. Milestone always sends quality technicians to service their customers.
It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.
Friendly, knowledgeable and professional, what else could you ask for. They always take good care of us, and we've used them for years.
Thank you so much, was a challenging visit with my mother but very professional - I appreciate it!!
Scott Clark was Fantastic 👍👍

We had some electrical issues that were difficult to diagnose, but Steven was able to figure the problems out and make the repairs. He was courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend him.
These guys are THE BEST. Did you know that if they don't fix it right the FIRST TIME, the tech who came out has to pay for the time of the new tech??!! They make sure everything is perfect before they leave, no rushing through to get their day over. Always professional, honest, and detail orientated We will use Milestone going forward!
Trey Verriere with Milestone installed a new electrical outlet outside for us. He scoped the project and fully worked thru the options with us. Very professional and great work. Will be requesting him for future electrical needs.
Ben did a great job, I will definitely request him for future work. He was thorough in quoting potentials and options. He called his office to secure additional discounts. He creatively solved an installation issue. He was professional and pleasant. I am very satisfied.
On time. Courteous and thorough.
The professional folks at Milestone have helped me navigate a few different potential disasters, and plenty of known issues, with a home that I bought near Whiterock Lake. A lovely home, built in the 40s. Since some surprises are not unavoidable, in the case of electrical work in older homes, for instance, still,…

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I am very pleased with the quality service received today from Juan Velazquez (plumbing) and Justin Monte (electrical). Very appreciated of Wes for the excellent work he performed of a new outlet installation. You cannot even tell it was not part of the original built of the house. Thank you
Eric was professional and friendly. He gave a very good presentation on Milestone’s service. Milestone’s ability to do the A/C system so quickly is impressive. He said we not the cheapest and the quoted price prove it. Unless I get a much better quote, I will choose Milestone.

To replace breaker, install 5' external conduit, relocate outlet quoted at $1118 plus my $99 service fee. This was to be 3x to 4x higher than expected. I would have possibly considered 1/2 the quoted price. But this was too much. On top of the $99 non-refundable service fee. If you have lots of cash then use them. Otherwise, avoid.
My service from Milestone Electric has always been A+. I've been getting help from Wayne Worthen. He's fast, thorough, efficient, and candid. Even when giving bad news or pitching more than I originally planned, he helped me plan for the best budgeting options.
