It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.

To replace breaker, install 5' external conduit, relocate outlet quoted at $1118 plus my $99 service fee. This was to be 3x to 4x higher than expected. I would have possibly considered 1/2 the quoted price. But this was too much. On top of the $99 non-refundable service fee. If you have lots of cash then use them. Otherwise, avoid.
