Gustavio Estrada was great - professional, informative and knowledgeable!
Thank you Thank you Thank you! I so want todo a video of the work you all have done, to emphasize the importance of making sure the Senior community (and everyone else) takes care of thier electrical boxes. The work you all do saves lives....LITERALLY!
Good communication. Knowledgeable. Good time management.
We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
Great job!
Provided pricing and schedule for the work on the same visit.
In the last three days, I've had two technicians from Milestone come out to work on my Electric problem, both Julio and Scott were extremely professional, and explain things to me in a way that I could understand. I appreciate both of these gentlemen greatly. I will certainly call Milestone in the future for my Electric needs.
Christian is a total pro. Outstanding service & so helpful with our electrical problem.
I recently had an outstanding experience with the Milestone team, led by Shan Bullard and supported by Javier Aguilar and Darcy Thomas. They performed a critical electrical overhaul at my home, including the aluminum pigtail installation, breaker swap, and even replacing all switches, plugs, and GFCIs. As a highly…
Very professional, helpful and pleasant!
Excellent job. Friendly and informative
Bryan was so great when he came to our home. He wasn’t pushing the services and let us make our own decisions. He left a very good impression on me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable and complimented on how nice our home was. We requested him to come back and do the work himself.
Very Professional and Efficient Simply All Around Great Technician
Our electrician did a great job! We had a big project that had to be completed quickly and professionally.
Brandon is awesome! He educated us and found a couple of items that were not installed that are mandatory code items. He is very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will recommend Milestone Electric to our family and friends because of our experience with him.
Christian was very friendly and helpful and professional. It’s ALWAYS a pleasure working with Milestone 🤩
Thanks Nathan and Hayden! Professional and thorough!

Michael O'Connor was kind, friendly, personable, compassionate and caring. He exemplified customer service and showed true concern for our issues as if they were his immediate responsibility. He is a person of good character and integrity. Nathan was our master electrician. He is competent, compassionate and…
Very pleased with Milestone’s service. Had them come out and install outdoor outlets and replace a few indoor switches. Techs were professional, knowledgable and thorough. Would highly recommend.

I always call Milestone when I need any electric work done. I have been a customer for several years and have always been very happy with their work. The Techs are always on time, courteous and efficient. D. Green, Carrollton. Milestone is a company that can be counted on to solve problems that come up be it…
I could not have been more pleased and impressed with the job that Shan and crew did on a pretty complex 2-day project. They replaced the nearly 50-year old Federal Pacific breaker panel, the dangerously loose meter and meter base, installed surge protection and the required master shutoff switch, and brought…
Coil replacement and more. Excellent service.

When ciupled with expertise, it’s a winning and trustworthy combination Over 2 years, we have had electricians and…
Professional and informative experience.
Awesome As Always!
Very helpful. Explained the issue and repaired it quickly.
It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.
Corey, was professional, pleasant and fixed the problem quickly. Oliver earlier was super too. I appreciate Milestone plumbers, they are great. Mike is responsive, knowledgeable and professional, an excellent electrician to oversee my project. Lance is professional, highly competent and thoughtful. A great…
I highly recommend Julio Aguilar. He has done a fantastic job on several visits dealing with complicated situations. Julio is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. A great problem solver too. I ask for him b name when I have an electrical issue because he is terrific! Top notch!
Friendly, knowledgeable and professional, what else could you ask for. They always take good care of us, and we've used them for years.
I wouldn’t have anyone other than Wayne Worthen work on my home. He’s been my go to electrician for 8 years in this home. I’ve been with Milestone for over 2 decades in all my homes. Hector Aguirre also goes above and beyond. Professional and precise.
Outstanding job. Great people and very knowledgeable. They care and are proud of their job. Great communication and clear goals. I couldn't imagine going somewhere else. Thank you.
Thank you so much, was a challenging visit with my mother but very professional - I appreciate it!!
Jon McGee was the most professional and personal tech. He was efficient and I would recommend him and this company to my friends and family.
Rey Vargas and Jon McGee did a great job doing some electrical work for me. They explained things thoroughly to me and made sure I was satisfied before leaving
Kyler from Milestone came out to evaluate an electrical issue and was incredibly professional and helpful. He quickly identified the issues and worked with me to come up with an affordable long term solution. Grateful for his knowledge, patience and help. Sharonda PW Follow up- this time Jonathan from the plumbing…
Logan was amazing and did not steer me in the wrong direction. I had a tree fall on my power lines which ripped my power box off my house. They responded and came out immediately and will have my power back up and running in no time. He made a disaster a lot lets stressful for me as a single mom. Thank you SO much!
Scott was able to come out same day and immediately diagnose my issue. He provided clear pricing options and was able to fix the issue quickly while answering all my questions. I highly recommend Scott if you have electrical issues
Friendly professional, no complaints. If I had the money to fix the recommendation in the report Milestone ,would be the one I would call. When my finances get better would give them a call back.
I am extremely happy with Brandon. He listened to what we had to say and was empathetic torward our situation. He was willing to work with us and to help us get our issue resolved. This is what customer service looks like
Complete professionalism is how I describe this company. Jonathan who came out and diagnosed what I needed to the installation of my new breaker box and other items that needed attention to Shan who helped me find my scared kitty to secure her from the work. Shan checked in throughout the job (I was at work) and…

He did an excellent job!
Professional and friendly service, feel good about their work! Never disappointed!
My wife and I will highly recommend Milestone electric to everyone, because they did an outstanding job replacing our electrical box in the garage along with a whole house serge protection package and an additional outside emergency shut-off switches for first responders. All of the employees from Milestone were very polite and very friendly.
Great fast
The service is always great. Their technicians are always professional and get the work done well. Jonathan Hebert was the technician who has done work with us in past and did it today again. He did an awesome job and was very good with explaining and fixing the circuit trip. I have also booked an AC appointment…
Excellent service!!! Tyler and Corey were very very professional and provided a top notch result. Would definitely recommend!
We were having partial power outages for a week. I called Oncor and they were NOT surprisingly no help at all. We called an electrician out and in about 30 minutes he had identified Oncor as the problem. He made 1 phone call and Oncor was here in under 30 minutes. They shut off power to our entire block and came in…
Jonathan Hebert was very kind and quickly resolved our issue, thanks!
Very courteous, respectful of persons and property, neat, and on time. The work is well done and anything that isn't is fixed right at no charge. I have been satisfied with their work!
All 3 young men were kind, caring, knowledgeable, and very professional. I want Blake, Eric, and OJ to come back to my house whenever I have any issues. I could of adopted all three of them. Just the finest young men that ever came to my house.
I’d like to comment on all the guys that were here. I have a 42 year old house that will now function at its best for the next 40 years. Everyone that was here working did a fantastic job. They explained each step as they progressed. I feel very safe and secure. Thanks to all of you.
Used to unclog our drain. Brandon did good. We mostly have long hair here...so having someone reliable is important. We use Milestone for all our AC, Electrical and plumbing needs. Maybe not the cheapest...but quality, service, cooperation, helpfulness, and so much more bring absolute value to the money spent. I…
