We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
Great job! Mario Torres Jr, Thanks for sending me your best technician.
UPDATE Aug 2025: Everything old can be new again when one upgrades their closet fluorescent light. After 27 years the contractor special light was not working. I had changed the blubs several times over the years but this time nothing worked. Checking on the internet showed that the ballast was shot and required…

Our main breaker went out on a holiday stormy weekend and they did a great job of getting someone out as soon as they could. The electrician arrived within 3 hours of calling the office and we are so thankful they got our power restored promptly. The electrician was skilled, friendly and courteous. It was a bit…
The technician checked out the storm damage and explained what can be done when a tree is removed from our property. He was very professional and kind.
Outstanding job!! After a lighting strike in the house had a few outlets and GFCI's go out along with a breaker. It required 9 new switches / plugs and replacement of wiring to each. Jacob was a total professional troubleshooting and performing the repair.

Very clear explanation of problem and work need to correct. Highly recommend.
Jared Fitzgearld and Kyle Moore were awesome!! They were here for 2 days and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job before they left. They explained all of my options and then went over everything they did before they left, making sure I didn’t have any other questions. Their work and customer service were awesome!
I lost power at 5:30 pm on a Friday night. Justin came out and worked from 7pm until 4:25am to assess the problem and then get it fixed. With temps being over 100 all weekend long, I was I grateful that their priority was to get my power back up immediately.
The service I received was amazing. My primary electrician, Caleb, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I just bought and moved into my house and Caleb did a full electrical inspection to make sure my house was good to go. He discovered a large amount of items that our inspector did not call out when buying the…

Several of our kitchen electrical outlets suddenly became non-operational and my wife and i did not know why. Milestone, so fortunately sent Caleb and Josh the same day we called. Please be aware- contacted Milestone due to a sudden loss of power in three rooms. They did arrive on time. After explaining what had occurred at my home the two electricians walked up the stairs, and simply verified what I had told them, that there was no power to switches and outlets. Then they asked to see my…

Nata was very professional and informative. He ensured I understood the process in completing the task. Plz send Nata for all my service requests.
Jordan was knowledgeable and efficient, locating the faulty outlet and restoring power to part of our house. We were very concerned when the lights went out after a 'popping' sound was heard. The breaker switch was not tripped. So resetting that did not make a difference. Thoughts of a hot wire starting a fire…
Jarred was prompt, polite, concerned and attentive. He repaired the circuit breaker panel for the bedroom since that was the only location that wasn't receiving power. I appreciate his thoroughness in checking every possibility and even checking to be sure that everything was in working order before he left from…

Upon his arrival he quickly analyzed and found the root cause. Moreover, explained what and why the part failed. That aspect alone is welcomed so that the homeowner for future reference has a frame of reference. Very much appreciated.
Mr. Sanchez was a wonderful professional. He was very good in knowing what was wrong, very quick in getting the AC running again, he gave me the information that will save me time and money on getting my filters again. AND it was on their warranty, so there was no $ that I had to put out! Thank you for having Mr. Sanchez coming on a Saturday night.
The service was entirely too expensive but the workmanship was good. Considering that Encore’s contractor cut the line early Saturday morning, due to possible arcing, we were left without power. Clint and his apprentice worked a good 8 hours, made several phone calls to see if they could get a city inspector to our…

However, I feel that Milestone is continually trying to "up-sale" me every time someone comes out: Example: when the Landscape lighting team installed my exterior lights, and it was time to pay we went inside and the gentlemen (Wayne) looked at my canned lights and said Milestone has special pricing and could…
