JB and Stephen were fantastic at today’s appointment! Over the weekend, we started noticing our lights flickering around the house, which caused our battery backup system to kick in a few times. The Milestone team is fantastic. There were some minor hiccups in the original work, but they gladly came back and took great care to make sure that the work was done right. One of the issues took some troubleshooting, but Brandon made sure that we had the issue resolved the right way. I would recommend Milestone to…
First off — yes, they are expensive. Cheaper is certainly available. Jon McGee arrived at my house looking a consummate professional. I needed mostly basic work on a new (to me) house, as I had none of my tools here yet. After showing what I needed, they performed the “evaluation” of the house electrical system.…

We were having partial power outages for a week. I called Oncor and they were NOT surprisingly no help at all. They shut off power to our entire block and came in…

All 3 young men were kind, caring, knowledgeable, and very professional. I want Blake, Eric, and OJ to come back to my house whenever I have any issues. I could of adopted all three of them. Just the finest young men that ever came to my house.
My electrician, Shan, was on time, very professional, very courteous, and did great work. The price was a bit higher than I expected but after doing more research it wasn’t completely out of line with others. Definitely in the high side, though. I’ll probably look elsewhere next time but I am happy with the quality of the work.

Matthew Lacey yet again showed the professionalism I've come to expect from Milestone. He is our go to on our current electrical project and I feel confident about his leadership till the completion of the service.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I am very pleased with the quality service received today from Juan Velazquez (plumbing) and Justin Monte (electrical). I was quoted a fair price to replace toilet parts, fix garbage disposal, install new outlets and a light fixture in our garage. I was so impressed with…
Milestone is the best. We use them all the time for our needs! Great service and great people! They all do a great job. Wes and Josh were awesome today, but someone at Milestone has done virtually every kind of work here that is offered. We use them always.
We had a new pool light installed as part of a pool remodel. The junction box and conduit needed to be replaced which required digging a trench from the pool to the house to replace the rusted conduit. Blake and Matthew did an amazing job of isolating the problem and then trenched, wired, and installed new wiring.…

Great first experience with Tyler Spears. Very professional and fast. Will be back for all of my electrical needs
Logan Henson first met with me on a late afternoon to discuss and troubleshoot my electrical problems I had called about. The Milestone staff were great from the moment Ocie answered the phone and walked me through scheduling an appointment to Kenneth inspecting the furnace, electrical panel and wiring and getting my heat back on. Excellent team all the way around. I am very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Milestone is a one stop shop for all things you need for your home. They are so courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable and I’d recommend every technician I’ve experienced.
Top notch quality work. Rates are more than fair. I did have an issue outside of their quality work and they made things right. Thanks Milestone!
Steven explained all the issues in detail.
My Milestone provider came to replace 4 canned lights, 4 ceiling light fixtures and change out a ceiling fan. Unfortunately he found sub-code wiring that the builder had left 45 years ago in almost every instance. He efficiently corrected the code violations and installed my new equipment and left everything like…
So this holiday season my home decided it wanted some gifts also. Milestone sent out some amazing guys to help us with a gas leak, electrical outlets not working and a hot water problem. The crew was great. They even came back to hel us with the smallest issues for the following two days just to make sure we had everything we needed.
Would use them again. I am so far, very impressed with the whole crew.
Great experience as always
Revision: Service great. Cost ridiculously high! London went above and beyond. Stayed late on a Friday to complete the job and provided excellent service. However, I realized much too late that Milestone is seriously overpriced. I made the mistake of not shopping around and paid 3x the amount of other quality companies.
Put a new plug in the batjroom’
This is a new post for electrical work just done 10/7/22. I received the same professional work from Peter Williams and Kenneth as I have always received from Milestone as indicated in previous reviews below. They were diligent, courteous, knowledgeable, and gave me options- actually recommending the lower one for…
Complicated job, professionally done with good communication and accommodating to our schedule.
Master electrician technicians did such a great job.
The technician was upfront telling us that he would need a helper to get this job done. His initial plan was to wave off and come back tomorrow, which would have been fine. Then he said that the company would send out a helper, but that ultimately fell through. We’ll see him tomorrow.
Fast and efficient. Great communication. Thrilled it was fixed it a reasonable price.
Outstanding job!! After a lighting strike in the house had a few outlets and GFCI's go out along with a breaker. It required 9 new switches / plugs and replacement of wiring to each. Jacob was a total professional troubleshooting and performing the repair.
Well done job
Great service, responsive to get job done even in face of issues, power outage!!!
Tech was professional very thorough. Thanks Milestone!
The service I received was amazing. My primary electrician, Caleb, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Very professional, great customer service, technician experience exceptional
This is our 3rd experience with Milestone, we had a gas line put in, a leaking faucet fixed and the lates hvac duct cleaning. Every time they are professional and do a fantastic job. A special shout out to Raven Snowden who is simply the best!
Buyer be aware. Yes I've used milestone many times, even though they are the most expensive. (I guess name recognition) I had some faucets installed and even though they state any price, they didn't. After my jet tub on 7/2022, it's still not fixed. I hired another electrician and he showed what corners milestone cut.
Lance is an awesome, professional, and very helpful in getting the job done. I highly recommend his hard work ethic in making sure the quality of work that he provided as well as explaining everything the job intales.i would recommend this company because of Lance.
