This is the second home that I have entrusted Milestone to install a new HVAC unit for me, and I am completely satisfied. The guys have always been punctual, kind, and intelligent. I am also thankful that they are problem solvers.
It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.
I highly recommend Julio Aguilar. He has done a fantastic job on several visits dealing with complicated situations. Julio is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. A great problem solver too. I ask for him b name when I have an electrical issue because he is terrific! Top notch!
