We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
We have been pleasantly amazed at the professionalism, care for our property and overall services rendered. Jordan Bauer and Mike Reyna were at our home to finalize our HVAC contract by blowing insulation in our attic. When they left you couldn't tell they had even been here. The entire process has put Milestone at…
Excellent work! Very professional.
Alex was polite & punctual, and got to work right away. He installed a downrod on our outdoor fan, and swapped out a ceiling fan in one bedroom. Alex not only explained what he was doing, but gave us some tips that will really help us down the road.
I recently had an outstanding experience with the Milestone team, led by Shan Bullard and supported by Javier Aguilar and Darcy Thomas. They performed a critical electrical overhaul at my home, including the aluminum pigtail installation, breaker swap, and even replacing all switches, plugs, and GFCIs. As a highly…
JB and Stephen were fantastic at today’s appointment! Over the weekend, we started noticing our lights flickering around the house, which caused our battery backup system to kick in a few times. By Saturday evening, it happened about five times, and each time the battery took over saying the grid was out. We called…
Always great service, I appreciate their honesty and professionalism!
Steven was great! Quick and thorough! I'd request him back.
Matthew did a great job figuring out why power was lost in two rooms but breaker did not trip. Found loose wires and repaired plus checked other outlets and found similar wiring not done well. We added items to his workload and he took care of them with a great attitude. He installed a new ceiling fan, 2 outdoor…
Thank you Brian for taking care of my doorbell wiring and installing my ring doorbell. I appreciate your sense of humor.
Michael O'Connor was kind, friendly, personable, compassionate and caring. He exemplified customer service and showed true concern for our issues as if they were his immediate responsibility. He is a person of good character and integrity. Nathan was our master electrician. He is competent, compassionate and…
Ignacio with Milestone Electric is nothing but the epitome of professionalism and knowledge. Went above and beyond troubleshooting the electrical problem.
Dustin showed up a day early and in the end stayed as long as he needed, to repair my ceiling fan in the ManCave. To me that just shows Dustin's dedication and willingness to complete the job one 100% and not try to sell me on buying a different ceiling fan unit, but fixing the one that was already installed.
The electrical technician, Neil Miles was the consummate home electrician. He was professional in all aspects, well groomed, well spoken, polite, very smart, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He endeavored to do a perfect job. My wife, dog Goldi and I felt very comfortable with him being in our home. He is…

Roland from Milestone Electric came out to our house to fix a multitude of wiring issues at our house and to add more outlets in our backyard. Roland was very professional and knowledgeable, fixing our issues in an efficient time frame.
There is a reason he is a MASTER PLUMBER. He found a leak hidden in the wall and replaced water turn off valve. He and his partner were amazing.
This is the second home that I have entrusted Milestone to install a new HVAC unit for me, and I am completely satisfied. The guys have always been punctual, kind, and intelligent. I am also thankful that they are problem solvers.
It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.
I highly recommend Julio Aguilar. He has done a fantastic job on several visits dealing with complicated situations. Julio is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. A great problem solver too. I ask for him b name when I have an electrical issue because he is terrific! Top notch!
Thank you Brian for correcting an issue we had with our tub spout.

Roland Rios is an very professional and honest employee of Mile Stone Electric. I found the issue with my situation myself for the reason I called for service. Roland didn’t charge me for the service call, a dishonest I think would have! Jim Crenshaw

Jon McGee was excellent!
We have used Milestone Electric on two separate occasions and have had excellent results BOTH times. The reason I highlighted “BOTH” is because we haven’t had consistent results with many repair services over the years, so it was a pleasant surprise when technician Tommy Price showed up today to fix our clothes…

We were having partial power outages for a week. I called Oncor and they were NOT surprisingly no help at all. We called an electrician out and in about 30 minutes he had identified Oncor as the problem. He made 1 phone call and Oncor was here in under 30 minutes. They shut off power to our entire block and came in…

Used to unclog our drain. Brandon did good. We mostly have long hair here...so having someone reliable is important. We use Milestone for all our AC, Electrical and plumbing needs. Maybe not the cheapest...but quality, service, cooperation, helpfulness, and so much more bring absolute value to the money spent. I…

Brandon was not only the nicest guy to ever work on something in my home. He explained every thing and told me if I ever had another problem, what to do until someone could come to my home. Because of him, I will never call another company . Only Milestone now and always !!

Emily was very professional and did a great job analyzing and fixing problems
Brian was very friendly and did an excellent job reviewing the problem and explaining the needed repairs. No one likes to pay for plumbing repairs, but if needed, it helps to have someone that can explain the situation in a clear manner. Brian did a great job. Peter and Emily performed electrical work,…
Luis M was great, arrived on time and on short notice and took care to solve my issue. Thanks Luis!

Customer for life. A lot of companies advertising don’t match the service, but Milestone is not one of them. The were fast, thorough and, most importantly, HONEST in every aspect. Luis is a stellar representative for this company. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Logan Henson first met with me on a late afternoon to discuss and troubleshoot my electrical problems I had called about. After making a few fixes, he determined it would be best to return with an extra team member to complete the work in a timely fashion. He and Jeff Pennington returned punctually on the time we…
