Thank you for your prompt, professional and timely service.
Pleasant, knowledgeable technician. Made repair in a timely and efficient manner.
I guess I expected them to clean up better—floor and sink top. He also made several small gouges in the sink. I realize the old faucet was difficult to remove, but I’m not sure he took care not to damage the sink. Also, the cabinet floor was wet. Why didn’t they take care to put down a plastic cloth or bucket to…
Dylan was on time and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Can ask for more than quick and cured!
Jerry Williams did a great job! Thank you Jerry for fixing our 3 outdoor faucet leaks!

Jesus Magana with Milestone did a great job and was pleasant to work with.
Milestone is first class. Easy to make appointments. They are always on time. Always. And professional. And polite. And respectful of your property. Yesterday they installed a brand new HVAC and complete ductwork replacement. it was a four man team: two focused on hardware and two focused on ductwork. They even…
Water Heaters cranking at 110% Crisis Averted … Brian finally solved the problems !!!!
John McGee added a 220v line to a room off the garage. Very professional, great attitude and he seems to love his job and working with customers. I will have him back to run the electrical to power the ductless mini split that I’m putting into my shop.
Jerry was very responsive to my concerns and provided solutions. He arrived within the stated timeline and completed the work in good time. He cleaned up before leaving and even put the items back under my sinks.
Very professional and thorough. I really appreciate his expertise.
We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
Jake was amazing! Knowledgeable, Caring, Patient and Kind! He took the time to explain everything (…and some things over and over until I could finally get it, right 😊!).
Daniel was awesome. Did a amazing job.
Ricky Cervantes was beyond excellent! He listened, gave me multiple options, provided detailed explanations, provided master service in a timely manner. Beyond that Ricky was compassionate and understanding to my unique circumstances, and my "vintage" plumbing. Thank you Ricky!
He was quick, efficient and thorough with what he was working on. It was great that he answered questions and double checked everything when the work was complete.
Manny installed two outdoor faucets for me and did an excellent job. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and everything was installed cleanly and professionally. The lines are solid, no leaks, and the finish looks great. It’s hard to find tradespeople who take pride in their work — Manny clearly does. I’d…

Milestone does all my service work. Rolando went above and beyond and even checked work a previous HVAC contractor had done a couple of years ago. Great service.
Humberto Puga was in charge of a crew that installed a new ac/heating unit last week in my residence.. Courteous, efficient and also a really good leader to his team that wasn't quite as experienced as he is. Humberto answered all my questions and gave me some advice on the unit. They were very careful to lay down…
Esai was very professional and explained things to us in an informative way. He was very thorough with his job.
I had the electrician and Plumber come to do work. They were very nice, clean men and they wore their paper footies in the house. They knew their trade and fixed everything. I was very happy with their work and I paid a hefty price for that service.
I had leaky outside faucets and Milestone/Dewayne came out- assessed the problem and was very professional and knowledgeable . He was also very careful on doing the work on my home and could answer any questions i had - without the sales pitch syndrome and price was reasonable. I would definitely call them for future issues.
Very pleased. Repairs explained in detail before and after the work was done. Professional and friendly. I was also impressed with the apprentice. Will definitely use them again.
Joshua was super respectful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for us and I am thankful. He installed a water line for our refrigerator and new faucets in the guest shower.
Steve was professional at all times. The work was performed quickly and Steve was respectful of our property. Good job, Steve!

04/27/2023 Technicians Cody Watts and Ralph Gonzales responded to our request for A/C system maintenance. We have requested a quote and are looking forward to the update. 2 years ago: Jimmy Pierce…
Ralph was the best - 5 stars. Knowledgeable HVAC professionals. Bit pricey but 5 star Some of the other service lines were less than great so 3 star on those. Averages out to 4 star

I'm a first time customer of Milestone. I've owned a home for 50 years. They lived up to their commercials and the technician who did the work was very professional and outstanding at his job. Thank you, Milestone!
Had a problem an outside faucet which was fixed and replaced..
We used Milestone to come to our house to repair 5 plumbing issues that our home had. We wanted the parts to old toilets to be replaced so they would stop leaking, we wanted the faucet in the back yard to have a release valve added to bring it up to code for the city of Frisco, and we wanted the water filtration…
Good
I've used Milestone for electric, HVAC, and plumbing. They replaced my main breaker and central HVAC, which both passed inspection without any issues. They respond quickly, do great work and are always very professional.

On time, professional and done right.
This company is amazing, with a good, old-fashioned, super professional customer-focused corporate culture that I have seldom encountered dealing with contractors during our 37 years living in this house. We had called Milestone and one other large Dallas-area plumbing company to come give a bid on several jobs in…
