Milestone never quits. Matthew was great and went the extra mile.
This is my 5th or 6th time using Milestone and the times I've had them out the team members (4th time Jacob then 5th visit David then 6th visit Trayvon and Austin) have been incredibly great to work with. Patient, professional, and just genuinely helpful humans. I'm still a fan. My latest interactions has been with…

Made an appointment online for electrical work on Monday for Thursday morning. Thursday morning a received a text that Danni Orellana would be coming to do the service. He explained each step of what they will do , how long it will take . Show me everything as to why I needed a new unit. Great job
Matthew went above and beyond during the service call today. I won't bore you with the details, but it was right in line with the high level of service that Milestone always brings.
We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
I recently had an outstanding experience with the Milestone team, led by Shan Bullard and supported by Javier Aguilar and Darcy Thomas. They performed a critical electrical overhaul at my home, including the aluminum pigtail installation, breaker swap, and even replacing all switches, plugs, and GFCIs. As a highly…
He was efficient and very polite.
Clayton continues to do an awesome job and provided excellent customer service.
Milestone did an HVAC today, 10/22/24. As always, I got good service. Zaul performed the maintenance check. He explained everything to me in detail. He also helped secure the closet door where the unit is stored and took out a hornets nest we found. Its little things like this that Milestone does that…
Amazing service from Zach! He quickly changed the air filter and inspected the HVAC system!
I love Milestone they do great work and stand behind it.
Found problem and repaired
I’ve been using Milestone for a few years since having a bad experience with another local company. They do annual heat & AC service checks as part of our annual service agreement, and are always quick and professional. They also fiercely stand behind their work and don’t hassle you.

The technician came in a timely manner was very professional. As with all of the technicians. Very knowledgeable and open to show me as a homeowner how to best serve my house. The services provided are probably priced higher than the competitors however to me it’s well worth it especially with my experience before.…
We needed to replace a couple of 24 inch under cabinet fluorescent light ballasts with LED under cabinet lights. The electrician/salesman wanted nearly $700 to replace them with me supplying the parts. He then spent most of his time trying to sell us whole house surge protectors for $3,000. Had to pay a $99 fee…
Once again, Milestone electric comes through again. My air conditioner in my home went out, and a technician came out same day. Outstanding company! Friendly technician!! Thanks guys.
Very informative and polite
Great guy. Knows what he’s doing and fixes it.
Mason was the definition of awesome! He helped resolve an issue with the original installation we had on a brand new outdoor fan. He worked to get a brand new replacement fan shipped directly to us, fixed the wiring, installed the new fan and made sure to check for a tight, waterproof seal all over so the fan could…
Did AC repairs that didn't repair my AC....conveniently caused more issues soon after they left that required my AC to be replaced when I was desperate in July in Texas... then wanted to quote me 18k to replace... their service was shady & I would not recommend them to anyone... run!

They were quick and responsive on the same day I called for help. They fixed the can lighting for me and replaced a wall plug!! Loy and Gerald did a fantastic swift job!
Roland did a great job for me today. I had a light fixture on a ceiling fan that was not working. The electricians from the company I had been using would not even consider changing out just the light; wanted me to buy a whole new fan, even though the one I had was not old and worked perfectly well. Roland…

Armondo Cruz with Milestone Electric was such a welcome change to a day that was heading out of control. VERY EXPENSIVE!! We have used Milestone for repairs and semi-annual maintenance on our system for a couple of years but..... There should be no reason whatsoever as to why they are so expensive. My service from Milestone Electric has always been A+. I've been getting help from Wayne Worthen. He's fast, thorough, efficient, and candid. Even when giving bad news or pitching more than I originally planned, he helped me plan for the best budgeting options.
While pricey I rather have the security of a good electrician instead of one that’s not certified & make problems worse. The tech kept me appraised of the situation, was on time & professional. No complaints outside my pockets but peace of mind is worth the price.
Stephen and Obed, were very knowledgeable and respectful. They came out checked my house, told me exactly what was wrong and if I had to pay. I have been a customer for Milestone for the last 7 years and it turned out that the money I have been paying was going to a black hole.
