We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…

The team was professional and courteous from start to finish. Abel did an excellent job explaining the plan of work and setting clear expectations for the installation. I really appreciated the regular check-ins throughout the process, the thorough final wrap-up review, and the time he took to answer all of my questions.

Andre, did a really good job identifying the problem with our AC. Thank you!
Brian was efficient, very knowledgeable and fixed my leak
It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.
My air conditioner went out and the Milestone team was quick to respond. They sent out Erik and he provided top notch service. Erik is an HVAC expert. He immediately diagnosed the problem and solved it. But he didn’t stop there, he cleaned my entire unit and educated me on it with a video he made while inspecting it…
To we had Cody in our home this afternoon I was pretty convinced he was The real deal. Polite, candid, double checked the issue we were having and made a couple of suggestions for us to consider. We generally do not make decisions quickly. We took Cody’s thoughts into consideration and decided to ask him to head up…
The professionalism of this company is top notch! Devor Long was my technician and he explained what he did so I could understand. During both visits to my house, he was punctual on his arrival and patiently waited both times. Highly recommend this company!
If you can ask for Abel and Cristian if you are in the DFW area and are looking to replace your HVAC unit these guys are the best! Milestone as a company is more expensive then most almost by double depending on what your getting done. But they are quick and do a great job and are always very friendly.
So thankful we have cold air now. I just want to highly recommend Milestone Air for anyone needing repairs or a new unit. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with their service. Both were thorough in demo-ing my old HVAC and placing the old components neatly beside their service truck. Whenever they needed access to the…
Chargers $100 for just the quote on a brand new AC system. Absolutely unacceptable. Imagine having to pay to walk inside a store to see if they have something you want, or drop a down payment on a car just to talk to the sales guy. I don’t understand how this business model is sustainable.
Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
We have had numerous services preformed over the years and we have total confidence in the work being done and and knowing it is being done with the best workmanship and materials available. We had Eric from Milestone visit us to evaluate our options for replacing our air conditioning system.
