The technician (Will) was amazing and deserves 5 stars. However, as an attorney and consumer, I offer the company, Milestone Electric, A/C & Plumbing, practices classic BAIT AND SWITCH which is deceptive, misleading, and illegal. I called to schedule A/C service and was told the cost was $29.99. When the technician…

I want to thank Landon Bridges for solving the problem that has persisted for almost 2 years, a short in the overflow valve indicator. This was a major problem that caused my system to reset itself and shut the A/C or the Heating off at random. Again, thank you Landon and thank you Milestone for resolving this in a timely manner.
Aaron was very organized and personable.
Great job!
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Great experience. Jose is wonderful! Highly recommend.
It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.
Very nice young man. Very professional.
This gentleman Brandon P is so friendly, informative, precise & detailed.
Outstanding, super professional and explained everything to customer satisfaction. Well done, Sir

Milestone is always my #1 choice in electric, air, and plumbing. I have a home warranty but it takes them days to get me any kind of service so I use Milestone and just pay for it myself when it is a small issue. I know I can always call Milestone and get same day service. I had Marcus Lynch come to my home today…

Benny figured out the problem quickly and was able to fix it during the same appointment.
Ralph was the best - 5 stars. Knowledgeable HVAC professionals. Bit pricey but 5 star Some of the other service lines were less than great so 3 star on those. Averages out to 4 star

Milestone has done two major jobs for us, replacing and upgrading our electrical panel as well as adding new outlets where needed and repairing light switches. They also replaced our aging hvac system. They did quality work and were very professional. Our new hvac system worked great for 8 years, then this summer…

Chris Leighton was on time explained everything clearly and took care of me and my house. Love Milestone and how well they treat their customers
I had an issue where my upstairs unit wasn’t blowing cold air. Milestone came the same day which is the only plus side but even that came with a $99 service charge. The technician was very nice and after about 10 minutes of looking he said it was my capacitor. The repair cost was $425 or $775 (for a better one with…
The service tech Zach was great. Very informative and explained the issue completely
Lance was personable and helpful beyond the specific service he performed. I would gladly recommend him for any electrical project.
As much as we rely on Milestone by now, I must be a part owner. Solid and clean as always. .
Very professional and polite. Explained everything and did a very good job. Thank you.
Milestone is the best. We use them all the time for our needs! Great service and great people! They all do a great job. Wes and Josh were awesome today, but someone at Milestone has done virtually every kind of work here that is offered. We use them always.
Rafael explained what he would be doing to redirect precipitation from the roof to both sides of the outside A/C to prevent rain, sleet, and/or snow from going into the outside A/C unit again. Afterward he provided good answers to my questions. He was completely polite and courteous, and efficient.
2/15/23 Chris, James, and Randy did a great job replacing our water shut off valve to our house. It had rusted and wasn’t usable anymore. 9/14/2022 Aaron and Dillon did an excellent job replacing ducts and installing new return air ducts. Last night was the first time in a long time that I was able to sleep…

My tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable concerning my HVAC heating and cooling unit. He explained in detail what maintenance he had performed and what I should consider with a regular maintenance routine going forward. I will never use anyone but Milestone to service my unit or anything electrical.
Milestone is simply the best....Our house got hit by lightning. Both HVAC Systems took hits....Andre Thornberg showed up, identified & repaired not just the damage we had, but also pointed out items for the future. Warm & Cozy now....Ready for another Hot Texas Summer soon....Thanks Milestone!!

Christmas Eve and my house is 61 degrees and dropping. Called my Milestone Technician and he sent someone out within an hour. He inspected and found loose connection... set it right and had my heat back on with no charge.... Merry Christmas Milestone... my loyalty will remain with you. Your ever grateful advantage member.
The service technicians are mostly polite & nice, and the customer service agent was very polite to me, but their management is awful. I hired Milestone to do replacement on my air ducts and the zoning system. It is very expensive! But I thought it would be worth it to fix the system and have better air quality and…

Milestone offers a lot of services for the home owner. We have used them often and their tech’s are always professional, personable, and get the job they are hired for done, in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company for your home needs.
The technicians are great, but their cost of services and constant attempt to upsell are beyond anyone else. We used them because of an HVAC emergency, and have maintained a relationship because of the warranty and technicians. When quoted different services, they have been about twice what others charge. We also…

Excellent service and communication
Milestone is always professional and courteous.
The technician was upfront telling us that he would need a helper to get this job done. His initial plan was to wave off and come back tomorrow, which would have been fine. Then he said that the company would send out a helper, but that ultimately fell through. We’ll see him tomorrow.
I have had nothin but positive experiences with Milestone. I have used them for years. My technician was very kind, professional and through and kept me informed throughout the maintenance. I applaud his integrity and professionalism. He is an asset to any team and a great representative for your company
It was a good experience overall. Both technicians we're friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me what the issue was, explain the remedy, and go over my options.

Jonathan Gaona (#51576) was amazing! He took care of the AC issues. He was very friendly and professional. He clearly explained the problem, the fix and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Milestone has a reputation of being a little costlier but I feel like it’s worth it in the long run.
Watch out for pricing. We had milestone replace one of our heating cooling units early this summer so naturally called to have them come out for our second unit when it quit. The technicians are always lovely but we feel like we got cheated on cost. They replaced the capacitor and shut off breaker and charged us…
Very quick and easy appointment scheduling. Friendly service. Technician arrived on time and quickly had the A/C unit up and running. He was very thorough when explaining the issue and my options to repair or replace a part. The repair cost was 90% less than replacement. It’s nice to deal with a company like…
First Milestone is A number One! Secondly Michael the technician was hands down one of the best technician I’ve used. He was very professional very thorough and very detailed in explaining and installing our HVAC system. Thanks Milestone!
Did a great job, even went the extra mile to do some re-wiring of a builder installed dampener valve so that it functioned better, free of charge. This was above and beyond what was requested and needed to be done to fix the original issue I was having.
Jonathan Gaona was our HVAC Technician and he was AMAZING. He was thorough and explained everything thoroughly. He let us know what next steps would be best for us. Very personable and kind. I would request for him again should I need HVAC work.

From those in the office to all of the technicians, I really feel valued as a customer & that they always…
Bought a $15,000 ac unit from these people April 2021. Not only did they take our previous unit from outside without our permission, we have had to have the new one they installed in our home worked on 3 times!! That’s an issue EVERY 4 MONTHS for a barely 1 year old 15 THOUSAND DOLLAR ac. This is ridiculous. I have…
Just had Milestone out for AC repair, and extremely satisfied with the entire experience. I called them yesterday and we had the tech out early this morning, very responsive. Tech was polite and knowledgeable and gave us an honest run down on the entire system, with video. Got our AC running and provided many…
Milestone is absolutely incredible! I called at 8pm last night with an issue and they were out at 11am today. The technician was kind, informative and trust worthy.
A/C Unit was not cooling soon after having new coils installed. Milestone's Technicians (Fetokia & Assistant) traced the problem, worked in the heat, corrected the problem and "voila" cool again on a blistering hot Dallas day.
Very informative friendly and respectful
