Ivan and Anthony came out in this heat and did a thorough inspection and tune up of the HVAC, I love that these guys were not pushy at all but laid out all the options and concerns. Ryan did an incredible job of not only routine maintenance on my two HVAC systems but spotted a toxic buildup in a duct which could have been negatively affecting our health. Super piece of work at a reasonable price!
Milestone did an HVAC today, 10/22/24. As always, I got good service. Zaul performed the maintenance check. He explained everything to me in detail. Milestone sent one of their better techs out. Mason was probably the best that I’ve had come out and repair my A/C unit. He went above and beyond what most techs would do. Luis Percy came by and got the AC running and provided a video of what was done. Austin Geist helped me determine what we need to do to get system replaced since it’s about 20 years old. Both were friendly and informative.
Very professional, informative, and great work. Running like new!

James was timely and pleasant. Once he examined the Daikin unit we had, he realized that he didn't know how to work on the unit since it was a complicated communication system. He recommended getting a Daikin system specialist to look at the system. I appreciated his honesty. We'll use him again when we need work on our other simpler system.
