I had a double HVAC system installed. It’s a Lennox system. The installation went well. However, one bedroom is not being cooled . While the rest of the house is 74° or less this one bedroom yesterday late afternoon was 86°. Therefore, I contacted MILESTONE, I was told that a warranty person would be at my house no…
We have been pleasantly amazed at the professionalism, care for our property and overall services rendered. Jordan Bauer and Mike Reyna were at our home to finalize our HVAC contract by blowing insulation in our attic. When they left you couldn't tell they had even been here. The entire process has put Milestone at…
Angel went the extra mile.. even late in the day he didn’t rush through anything to figure out and fix my unit
The install team with Abel was perfect. They’re knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The install was quick and seamless. I’ve never felt more confident in a team doing repairs in my home.
Wesley Zapata and his crew did an amazing job with the installation of my new heating and air conditioner system. They worked nonstop on the job which presented many difficulties including working in confined spaces and having to bring the outside compressor over a six foot brick fence. They were very respectful…
Been using them for several years and everything has been great. They have even called us to do some free services that they have added to their plans. For the yearly me membership we pay it has been well worth it and much more service then we expected.
The team was professional and courteous from start to finish. Abel did an excellent job explaining the plan of work and setting clear expectations for the installation. I really appreciated the regular check-ins throughout the process, the thorough final wrap-up review, and the time he took to answer all of my questions.
Daniel Campbell did a great job solving my plumbing problem. I highly recommend him.
Zaul sought out and found the problem with the lack of air conditioning in the upstairs that happened right after the previous technician had done a maintenance evaluation of both HVAC units on Friday the 19th. He found the heat exchanger unit for the upstairs hvac was leaking refrigerant. He fixed the valves and…

To we had Cody in our home this afternoon I was pretty convinced he was The real deal. Polite, candid, double checked the issue we were having and made a couple of suggestions for us to consider. We generally do not make decisions quickly. We took Cody’s thoughts into consideration and decided to ask him to head up…
I was so pleased to be treated as well as I was. The problem was immediately addressed, explained, and corrected in a professional and timely manner. I give high marks to the young man who arrived and attended to my furnace leak. He made a situation that before had been a problem into a fast repair. High regards for him and the crew at Milestone.
Very happy with Jon McGee who did an excellent job in exposing what needed to be done ! Would highly recommend him

Mr. Juan Torres and his associate were both very polite, professional, yet personable. They didn't rush anything and explained everything to me before getting started. Attention to detail is key with this crew.
I cannot say enough good things about the three technicians that came out to our house to install our heating and air conditioning system. They came in got right to work. They work diligently were polite and easy going. Thank you so much for all the hard work.
So many issues, but the biggest is that the price Milestone charges for services and products is borderline unethical. It's staggering how much I overpaid (and it's my fault for being too naïve to get other quotes) for my HVAC system to be replaced (nearly $20,000). I realized I was fleeced after I requested an…
Initial call - Scott was courteous and professional. He clearly explained the issues with my HVAC system and my options. There was no hard sell. I would use Milestone again and request Scott.
